I remember using the Holy Hand Grenade back in old mobile. When the Wall of Flesh killed my sister's player character, I was fit to be tied. Therefore, I started chucking *dozens* of that grenade at the boss for revenge. Needless to say, the Underworld's space got suspiciously larger afterwards.
i used it to clear the corruption, it suprisingly also destroyed my jungle biome and got my ocean deep enough to hit the cavern layer

I found the lizard temple back in 1.2 and tired to mine through. The Holy Hand Grenade was my last resort. It didn’t work

Just add calamity and the alchemists npc mod and you can get possibly the most destructive weapon ever and you can get it right after plantera the halibut cannon all you need is the ban hammer a post plantera weapon that shots any non boss enemy the adult eidolon wrym isnt a boss the way to get the ban hammer is its dropped from any treasure bag after killing plantera and is a 1 in 150 drop

Imagine playing this way and then looking at your world after completion. Everything would be blown up and everything that isn’t would be sand that is sporadically either corrupted or hallowed and on top of all of that there’s a massive layer of water, honey, and lava covering everything.

for anyone who doesn't know there used to be a glitch where u could put sand ontop of dirt and use the dirt rod so the sand would fall through and stay inside the dirt dealing massive amounts of damage and almost insta killing skeletron but it's pached and it was added when skeletron was the final boss so ye op for its time but zenith is better

For the old Terraria players, do you remember the dirt rod sand glitch that made the dirt rod somewhat useable? Now thinking about it it could actually be really a great way to kill the DG as sand *should* negate defense.
Oh yeah, originally the dirt rod was going to be in the middle and instead of the "become the god of earth" yaddayaddayadda bit, I was going to say how useless it was but then show a clip of the sandball glitch. I didn't do that though because I couldn't find a way to get great quality footage of the glitch in action and I needed a way to end the video

I really like this idea for a playthrough! It really makes you think of really unique strategies on how to defeat bosses. Currently doing a playthrough of it rn

I remember using it
I threw this at my base accidentally. I did not play that world for a while.
I crafted one on my old 3DS world and tested it on a target dummy to see how much damage it would do. Turns out, it resembles a fucking bomb more than a grenade, and I severely underestimated its radius, resulting in a crushed house, crushed player, and probably a crushed console out of rage.
I sadly never got it

This guy hacked in my terraria world, he didn’t even have wooden armor and got 3 platinum coins, so I kicked him out of the world, he thought that my friend snitched on him and he knew the password that my friend uses so while my friend was in our master mode world (we just beat plantera on it and I got the rod of discord for the first time on it) and he used some sort of block hack and he deleted half of the world making it unplayable.
Idk why I got soo fucin excited in the last 30 sec in the video wtf XD
Thank you for this video, I’m glad that I now have to resist the urge to destroy my entire world in a single boss fight.

That hand grenade was such an awesome instant base builder. Reminds me of my best world, it would be insane if we got another item like that, even if it didn't do damage to enemies. It was incredible. I miss my fore- uh the pet
