Now Gentaro is older and naturally interactions with him have changed in preparation for his growing independence and eventual parting to a new home. 😀💙🦍

Gentaro was play acting towards Momotaro back then just like Kintaro play acts towards Gentaro now. I liked the part where Momotaro ran away from Gentaro lol, and Gentaro chased him.

Amazing to see the difference between kintaro and Gentaro when it comes to momotaro. Kintaro seems afraid of him whereas Gentaro from a very young age was never afraid to engage momotaro.
Kintaro will be 4 yrs old in Dec. Gentaro was 7 in this video. Big difference. Kintaro will be playing just as hard when he is 3 yrs older. Plus Momotaro knows his size is a factor. This beautiful family shows how intelligent Gorillas are.

I’ve noticed the older ape is very close to his dad he loves his dad so much there always playing together awwwww so beautiful a fathers love to a son is priceless! Being a male is what sons love is a fathers love & attention ❤️I wish the mother ape was like that abit more loving I’ve noticed she has no time for the older son she walks away from him and spits water in his face abit cruel really all he wants is his mothers love I feel sorry for the older ape.
As a little guy, before Genki had to protect the new baby KIntaro, she was very loving and doting to Gentaro, even though she didn't get to nurse him or have him for the 1st nine months I think. Even though he loves to tease his mom and challenge her as a sassy teenager, they have had many lovely video interactions in the last month.
Momotaro and Gentaro are playing freely after long time. Courageous young boy toppled the mountain twice, truly due to his speed, agility and tactical moves. Dad Momotaro was in full defensive; brilliantly saved his back just by turning - energy saving move; not interested to win over his son. This wrestling practice improved their intimacy and rested on his lap for sometimes, a precious moment for Gentaro.
4:00 Momo says”Weee!” He’s probably never played to this extent when he was G’taro age!5:01 Gentaro almost got squashed in Momo’s backwards Sumo Slam maneuver!

I've been watching for a few years but missed seeing this one. It's sweet that, at one time, they played together. Now it's Kintaro who plays with Big Papa. But Gentero is a good playmate for Kintaro. Just wish Gentaro would not terrorize his mother but she still loves her first born.
Gentaro has a very unique and adorable personality since young. If he has more playmates his age ( like Lope, Shufai, Annie or even little Jabali ), he may tear the whole place down, cos his sense of fun and playfulness has no limits.He will only stop if he's tired. I loved the way he hops, bops and skips along, when he plays. Never seen any happier bouncing gorillas like him. 🥰 Thanks for putting this vid up again. It is such a delight to watch him at play again and again. ❤️😘
