This is one of my top videos for Black Sails. It is impossibly gorgeous, impossibly sad and violent, EXTREMELY well edited. I love the combination of that eerie, soft song with the gore and violence of the show. The slow build-up and rising tension is impressive, as is your choice of clips and quotes. I've watched this SO often, you wouldn't believe! this is a true testament of talent, to you and to Black Sails cinematography, which you've summed up so beautifully. Great video! This episode made me realise how good the writing for this show is. I never really liked Max or Eleanor, but Eleanor's death and Max's line in this episode were both really emotional. Despite how much I disliked Eleanor I still felt like she deserved better.
