How come you can’t overlook the Olicity stuff in the season finale when it was written as if Oliver may have been bluffing, but in the season 5 finale you can ignore that Lian Yu blowing up basically did nothing. I think those types of episodes should be taken in a vacuum

@@earthquakewilliam7380 I mean, a 3 star is still a good rating, but from what I remember (This was a year ago so that particular episode is kinda foggy), its placement felt a bit out of place and I found the Qadir stuff to be lackluster and contrived. The Oliver stuff was awesome, but the Suicide Squad episodes were always strangely unattractive to me even though I love its members and the idea of it. Where would you put it?
This season is fenomenal iT has no bad episode every season in the arrowverse has unleashed one bad episode this season has Some amazing episodes Mine are the man under the hood Deathstroke three gosts and unthinkable this is my second specialy the promise and flash crossover is awesome this is my second fav arrowverse season deathstroke is awesome the flashbacks are incredible the begining is pretty good The middle is amazing and the end is amazing for me a 10/10

I can just imagine there being a script where the man with the Skull Mask calls himself Brother Blood in front of Arrow, then Team Arrow wouldn't know who he is, even though his name is Blood. The show would then keep the fact that its Sebastien a secret until Episode 20, where they have an overdramatic reveal in Episode 20. Ring a bell?

For Arrow s1, 2, 5, and 8 are all really good. S6b devils greatest trick to 7a Slabside was a great set of episodes. For the Flash s1, 2, and 6 are really good. For supergirl I really like the new s5 alot. S4 is good too. For Legends I really like s2 and s3. For Black Lightning I really like s1 and s3. Batwoman so far I'm liking. I dont know if this is a unpopular opinion but year 8 so far is my favorite Arrowveree year.
Season two is just the best season of the show and the last good season, it does not have a weak episode, the only weak characters and moments of the show are still Laurel and Olicity, but this is the only season these two things are not integral in the show's story telling and thus does not ruin it. Laurel and her plot lines of blaming everyone and thinking the worst thing that can happen to her is a guy cheating, can easily be ignored by the viewers, who watch the show for things other than soap drama. Olicity is still just funny and minor, and no one really pays attention to it except the teen shippers. Katie Cassidy does shines in the hallway scene but it just proves that she is an actress the works good in a a different type of genre, and the action adventure is not her thing but rather the relationship drama based stories. While EBR proves to be good in the comedy section but given too much spot light also just changes the feel of the show. But lest go back to season 2: Oliver Queen is an amazing character with so many plot lines from lies within the family, secrets and regrets, to personal connections to both Black Canary and Deathstroke, who come into play not only in present but in the past. Both Sara Lance and Slade Wislon bring a lot to Oliver's story, and also develop a lot as characters, one of them from a scared girl into broken assassin and then into hero in the end, the other from a friend and mentor into mad man with super power and desire to destroy Oliver and everyone around him. Roy Harper is also a good addition. The introduction of the League through Black Canary is just everything a comics fan would love. The fight scenes are incredible and intense, the stakes are real. The end of the season just shows signs of the downfall direction where the show is going by the final Olicity moment and Sara Lance leaving the jacket to her weaker sister and reverting her progress by going back to the League. The writing starts to bend and suffer from plot wholes just to make certain things happen as a fan service. I already mentioned it made no sense for Sara Lance to leave in the end Oliver, her family and the city after all the development her character had, the fact that she almost kill herself to get out of the league in the first place, again upset her sister by dating Oliver, stopped killing and became hero known in the city as Canary, it was illogical to make it look like it was her own choice to want to leave that and go back from where she started, but this was all because they wanted to favor one actress. The other illogical thing was for Slade to believe that Oliver suddenly developed feelings for Felicity when he was dating Sara the whole time, and it was Sara who he chose on the island instead of Shado.
I like Season 1 more than this one for a few reasons. I think Malcolm Merlyn is a better villain than Slade. Even though Slade has a better rivalry, his motivations are not as justifiable. He's still an amazing villain, but I prefer ones motivated by real hate, not mind control stuff or drugs like Mirakuru. Malcolm also has a great rivalry with almost every important person in Season 1. Besides Oliver and Sara, nobody even knows Slade Wilson personally. The flashbacks are also a bit worse than Season 1's. The other reason that Season 1 is a bit better is because Felicity became an annoyance. Oliver being jealous of Barry is so out of character, and Olicity just doesn't work. They should've left it at Felicity liking him and Oliver willing to kill again to save her. Also they gave Roy and Thea's relationship way too much trouble. I don't know a single episode where they were a happy couple for all of it. It was predictable what would happen. One of them would get mad at another (mainly Thea being mad at Roy), then one of them would get in trouble/kidnapped, and then Arrow would save them and then they would be back together. Season 2 is still great, but i don't think its the best like many people. Its basically just like The Flash Season 2. Not as good as 1, but still holds up.
Messiah The Mess That’s a fair argument but for me the later half of season six as well as the two deathstroke episodes were on the level of season 1, 2 and 5. Just my opinion tho.

Deathstroke was the best episode of that season and is one of my favorite episodes of the entire show
Wish we got more Seasons like arrow season 1 and 2 in the arrowverse where almost all their episodes are consistently good
For Arrow s1, 2, 5, and 8 are all really good. S6b devils greatest trick to 7a Slabside was a great set of episodes.
For the Flash s1, 2, and 6 are really good.
For supergirl I really like the new s5 alot. S4 is good too.
For Legends I really like s2 and s3.
For Black Lightning I really like s1 and s3.
Batwoman so far I'm liking. I dont know if this is a unpopular opinion but year 8 so far is my favorite Arrowveree year.
Season two is just the best season of the show and the last good season, it does not have a weak episode, the only weak characters and moments of the show are still Laurel and Olicity, but this is the only season these two things are not integral in the show's story telling and thus does not ruin it. Laurel and her plot lines of blaming everyone and thinking the worst thing that can happen to her is a guy cheating, can easily be ignored by the viewers, who watch the show for things other than soap drama. Olicity is still just funny and minor, and no one really pays attention to it except the teen shippers. Katie Cassidy does shines in the hallway scene but it just proves that she is an actress the works good in a a different type of genre, and the action adventure is not her thing but rather the relationship drama based stories. While EBR proves to be good in the comedy section but given too much spot light also just changes the feel of the show.
But lest go back to season 2: Oliver Queen is an amazing character with so many plot lines from lies within the family, secrets and regrets, to personal connections to both Black Canary and Deathstroke, who come into play not only in present but in the past. Both Sara Lance and Slade Wislon bring a lot to Oliver's story, and also develop a lot as characters, one of them from a scared girl into broken assassin and then into hero in the end, the other from a friend and mentor into mad man with super power and desire to destroy Oliver and everyone around him. Roy Harper is also a good addition.
The introduction of the League through Black Canary is just everything a comics fan would love. The fight scenes are incredible and intense, the stakes are real. The end of the season just shows signs of the downfall direction where the show is going by the final Olicity moment and Sara Lance leaving the jacket to her weaker sister and reverting her progress by going back to the League. The writing starts to bend and suffer from plot wholes just to make certain things happen as a fan service. I already mentioned it made no sense for Sara Lance to leave in the end Oliver, her family and the city after all the development her character had, the fact that she almost kill herself to get out of the league in the first place, again upset her sister by dating Oliver, stopped killing and became hero known in the city as Canary, it was illogical to make it look like it was her own choice to want to leave that and go back from where she started, but this was all because they wanted to favor one actress. The other illogical thing was for Slade to believe that Oliver suddenly developed feelings for Felicity when he was dating Sara the whole time, and it was Sara who he chose on the island instead of Shado.
8 and 5 are amazing wdym, but I agree Season 2 is the best season
My favorite season
I like Season 1 more than this one for a few reasons. I think Malcolm Merlyn is a better villain than Slade. Even though Slade has a better rivalry, his motivations are not as justifiable. He's still an amazing villain, but I prefer ones motivated by real hate, not mind control stuff or drugs like Mirakuru. Malcolm also has a great rivalry with almost every important person in Season 1. Besides Oliver and Sara, nobody even knows Slade Wilson personally. The flashbacks are also a bit worse than Season 1's. The other reason that Season 1 is a bit better is because Felicity became an annoyance. Oliver being jealous of Barry is so out of character, and Olicity just doesn't work. They should've left it at Felicity liking him and Oliver willing to kill again to save her. Also they gave Roy and Thea's relationship way too much trouble. I don't know a single episode where they were a happy couple for all of it. It was predictable what would happen. One of them would get mad at another (mainly Thea being mad at Roy), then one of them would get in trouble/kidnapped, and then Arrow would save them and then they would be back together. Season 2 is still great, but i don't think its the best like many people. Its basically just like The Flash Season 2. Not as good as 1, but still holds up.
