This house would be hard to heat and cool because of the windows and high ceilings. The house I live in now has 7,000 sq feet and requires 4 ch&a units and my average electric bill is around 700.00, can you just imagine the electric bill for that house. But I guess if you can afford the house you could afford the bills too.

Most of the time when celebrities sell these mansions, it is because the interior is so outdated with 1980's styles of more wood than a termite colony could use, and being devoid of the now popular must have, "open concept!" What it would cost the owner to update it, they could sell it and purchase something brand new!
