The Most Romantic Old Town in Japan | Takayama, Gifu Prefecture

Takayama (高山) is a city in Japan's mountainous Gifu Prefecture. The narrow streets of its Sanmachi Suji historic district are lined with wooden merchants’ houses dating to the Edo Period, along with many small museums.
This was the first time we visited rural Japan. simple and quiet town. the air is very fresh. we are very happy to visit here because there are lots of good food, especially the cow.
