Hey, to all! :) Actually, in this soundtrack you can hear mostly Ren Vas Terul, from our band. We had a pleasure to create a lot music for Hellblade 2 OST, but nobody looks in credits, and only Heilung is being admired :)
Thank you very much guys for letting your voice heard. I'm a big fan of Heilung and I am now much happier knowing the voice singer of this song, because I'm really into it. ❤
Besides Heilung and Ren Vas Terul, you can also hear some of our voice talents (including myself - Elizabeth Andrews, Chelsea Strickland, Misha Standjofski) for the inuit throat singing, overtone singing, screaming and a tiny bit of Tuvan throat singing and regular chanting. Of course our contribution is very small compared to everyone involved but it is worth mentioning. By the way, those same voice talents did the voice of Illtauga and the many draugrs (along with Philippe Langelier and Jeff Mott) in the game 🤗❤️
I dont care what People say, I'm having a blast playing hellblade 2 I dont have time as before to play 80 to 200 hours of on single video game! 5 to 8 hours is perfect for me on a game.
I wish they make more of such short games, they're intense, story rich, often more beautiful because are hand crafted and not 1000 sq km of generated landscapes. They're leaving huge impression without wasting your time. It's also woth mentioning that this will decrease they're price from time to time.
It should have been longer and more mechanics. Great story but it simply wasn't enough to call it a great game. Definitely artistic and very moving. Would have done better as a movie I think.
Each day i am checking on the chanel of Heilung or David Garcia Diaz and each day i was sad about not finding the Hellblade Tracks. And then, one day i logged into YT and at the first place there was this vid. Thank you so much for that!
The way the game builds you up i this chapter then the fight begins with this soundtrack makes you become immersed and forgot you're playing a game, no, it's you fighting is what it makes you feel. I literally felt like i woke up once the fight ended. Masterpiece and a breath of fresh air away from the current stream of games.

@@dejuanwilson1787 hmm yeah I guess that's possible. I rarely ran (never into somewhere I had not already been, only ran when I had backtracked or something like that) and really took in the environments as well as made sure to listen to all dialogue before continuing with doing anything.
I was in a discord call with the boys, watching a friend of ours who was also more fluent in Norse myth explain all the stuff we were seeing, and when the draugr fight started and this began playing, I think we all knew that this game would be something different cause I don’t think it’s light work to get a bunch of people with no Norse ancestry to wanna be terrifying Viking mythical creatures, and this song did that in seconds.
It's amazing to hear this finally in clean state, thank you so much! Will you do it with the rest of the game? I mean the parts where we mostly walk around and journey on the lands, but don't fight. :)

Very nice tune. So I guess there are more tracks to uncover. In any case, you did God's work already and I appreciate that:3
It's a shame the game didn't lean further into their combat, it was incredibly fun as simple as it was. The first scene with the draugar was so peak, sadly they were more interested in playing therapy with the character.
