My name is Kevin, I’m in the we are gods program and it’s been a few weeks but it’s definitely been the best weight loss journey I’ve been on. The accountability our group provides each other is monumental.
Hey man, appreciate your videos over the years. You probably wont see this, but i need to send this comment for me. I was obese lost around 120 pounds, but recently I've gone and gained like 35 pounds. This time it's different because I lack the consistency and determination. But I want to go back on this journey and lifestyle of becoming healthier. I'm 200lbs and I'll return to this video before Christmas. I'll be around 160 lean, shredded.
I'm not quite happy with the progress over the past few months. I'm about 215 pounds right now ☹️ I have failed to reach my target. Trust me, I take full accountability for my lack of consistency. I look at this as a learning curve. I'm trying to make better choices, in particular with eating the right foods. Please do check in with me :))
In 2018 I lost 70lbs in 6 months. I focused and counted calories did cardio and strength trained. I added intermittent fasting when I plateaued. I had done it. I am 5'2 and I was 250, and then went down to 180 and I kept it off 4 years. I hurt my achilles jumping rope. Slowed down all that momentum and boom. Now I am 255, ashamed to go outside and face people and lost as to where in the hell to begin again. I used to watch you for your knowledge and inspiration. I Have To Start Again. I am 48. I am feelling defeated.

I've been watching your content for years now and I've started my weight loss journey so many times because these videos motivate and let believe in myself. @@marinabellanaturalhairsalo2578 Changing your mindset is a powerful step towards a healthier life, and both listening to podcasts and reading daily can be effective ways to do it. It really depends on what resonates more with you. If you find that you absorb information better audibly and enjoy the convenience, podcasts on nutrition and wellness might be perfect for you. However, if you prefer a more reflective approach, spending five minutes each day reading could solidify your knowledge and allow for deeper understanding. Why not try both for a short period and see which habit sticks or benefits you more? I have been going to the gym for almost a month and have seen no improvement. I try to eat better but nothing works, but when I do eat I feel like a piece of shit and that all the work I just did I lose.so idk what to do?
Choosing the right pre-workout depends on your fitness goals, dietary preferences, and how your body reacts to different ingredients. Generally, you'll want a pre-workout that includes components like caffeine for energy, beta-alanine for endurance, and perhaps creatine for strength improvement. However, it's important to select a product that aligns with your health considerations and nutritional goals. For specific recommendations tailored to your unique needs and preferences, consider visiting www.wearegodswellness.com. You can also explore joining our group coaching program, where we can provide more detailed guidance on supplements and strategies to enhance your workouts and overall health. Always remember to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have underlying health conditions.
A lot depending where you are starting from. I think 1-2 lbs a week is pretty sustainable. Don’t look at the scale daily . Focus on what you eat and some form of daily movement (walking is great) No sugary drinks is key, even fruit juice is bad. I lost 30 lbs quickly.
The amount of weight you can safely lose by summer depends on various factors, including your current weight, health status, diet, lifestyle, and the length of time until summer.
