That said, most of that questionnaire talks about normal stuff that happens in the workplace and has nothing to do with racism... Only an actual racist could have come up with those questions. Why? Because a racist sees everything in race terms and everything done is because of race etc.

There's a famous "Red Dot" experiment, where you take people and you tell them you're going to paint a red dot on their head, and then you're going to send them into a mock job interview. When they come out, you ask them whether the interviewer seemed to be concentrating on the red dot, or on them. The caveat, of course, is that only half actually get the red dot - the other half have no visible marking at all (drawn with just a wet brush). The same number of people in each group (no dot vs red dot) report the interviewer kept looking at their "dot."
This just primes people to look for normal human behavior, and attribute it to racism. It "paints the dot," as it were.
And now you know you have delved into the leftist shaped mind of so many Black Americans.

EDIT: A little bonus transparency. I'm Irish, Italian, French and a mix of multiple European backgrounds. Gun to my head, I'd answer White if I had to self identify. But without complete historical documents of my ancestry or a DNA test...I used to just say I was Irish because my mother was born 100% Irish. It didn't define me as a person, I just went with it. So when OP mentions offhand their country of origin as a reference to their person, I doubt they assumed it meant anything more than to give some clarity to their perspective.

I worked with LGBT people long before it was popular and got along fine with everyone except for this one jerk. He came up to me accusing me that "you don't like me because I"m gay, you're homophobic"!!!! I said "no, I don't like you because you're a complete asshole" you should have seen the look on his face.
That's how it is though: if you're gay, and someone doesn't like you, it's automatic that it's because of them being gay. Never once would occur to them it's because of their personality, NOT their sexual orientation. If you don't get along with a white person, it's because of their personality, if you don't get along with a black person it CANNOT be because of their personality, it's because of their race.

You kiss the feet of everyone who accuses you of having any kind of preference about anything. And buy a good pair of knee-pads.
Depending on the state you live in, you record conversations and be sure to keep backups of them for a couple weeks to ensure no one comes out of the woodwork to blame you for something you said. If you play it back and explain your thought process to people, most people with common sense would probably see your point. If they don't then maybe they are the ones who have prejudice and you will need that recording for a lawyer. Second part of that is when people realize you are recording them, they tend to leave you alone. So a bonus! Be sure to do your research and ensure that your state law allows recordings if at least one party is aware, because YOU count as one party according to the law.

I have a Hispanic coworker who thinks this way anytime he isn’t in a group text or email from higher-ups. It’s ridiculous. Someone is always being left off. He just takes it personally every time it’s him.

I experience something like this at least once per month (though not necessarily being the one left out). Usually it’s a case of the person who sends it not knowing you should be involved and everyone else assuming that they didn’t miss anyone. Occasionally it’s them not knowing who should be involved and just hoping the right people get roped in.

Oh my God, I recently got a microagressions type thing for training thing for work. Essentially, people fall under "protected classes" and if they fall into any of the "protected categories" you have ensure you don't assume anything about them or you'll upset them.

A few years back we were allowed to participate in an Affirmative Action seminar (for a whole weekend) it counted towards our mandatory AA hours for the quarter. A older white liberal from NY flew out to facilitate it. The goal was to "recognize our bias AGAINST Black people" As the accusations flew (from the white guy) many white colleagues developed Stockholm syndrome and virtue signaled ad nauseum . Around the middle (second day) of the weekend, a black female colleague burst out in angry tears and ran out (for good). That STUPID brainwashing session made people hyper aware of imagined "prejudice" and going back to work on Monday was seriously awkward.

I remember playing the latest edition of my favorite, but somewhat obscure video game franchises back in 2016, and one of the female characters who I had previously liked whom they had turned into a bit of a SJW told one of the male characters, "that's it chump, you're looking up 'microaggressions' later." Aside from not appropriately using the language (i.e. mixing terms), which is the very thing of which you argue against, I too am guilty, BUT you have put your finger on the heart of the issue!

Again, a reality vs. it's perception and physics vs. biology. Another clear example of how "science" is very little more than a man-created language whereby we try to explain (i.e. argue) things to/amongst ourselves. To use your analogy, "starting" with a "white canvas," has nothing to do with achieving "color" on a pallet. The pigments do not magically "become" color in the act of spreading them (as you make obvious in your explaination); however, you argue that pigments "filter" light yet do not acknowledge that if you kept adding more "filters" of different shades and tones to the flashlight(s) it would prevent the light from shining and result in darkness.
You do not "start" with "black," (color) you start with "nothing," which is perceived as black color.
The real question/subject I was trying to stimulate conversation towards, is why "black color," is perceived as darkness or void, if there is indeed something there and more importantly, why is there no discerning spirit here [let the reader understand] to "see" the implication and relevance of mankind's NEED for "light to shine in the darkness," or it's objective truth being established, found, testified too, in both nature AND "science," by the very subject being discussed?
It is indeed sad that so many fail in understanding. There is a reason why "white" and "black" are used as perceptions of light, considered pure, true and blameless and the void of darkness, sin and chaos. It has nothing to do with skin and everything to do with the root issue of this video, the depraved condition of man's heart in its inability to rightly judge by character and the proclivity of tyrants to use it as a wedge to divide, manipulate and maintain power through ignorance.

The problem with this is people who speak like this and have these thoughts think of themselves as "allies" of people of color. And when you have allies, that implies there is an enemy. They don't think labeling people and judging white people based on their skin color is racist. They think it is justified. The white males of the world are the enemy. Just ask them, and they will tell you it isn't racist. Even in the face of the definition of racism from the dictionary, they are too blinded by their mission, too brainwashed by society, to see the truth in front of them. It's odd, because it is both good and bad in a way, but also really sad to see a world where the average white man can identify better with Martin Luther King Jr. than the majority of people who "claim" to be oppressed. If anything though, people of all colors and all walks of life need to remember the dream that he had for us all. And it wasn't this...
