This is my kind of thing. I love the smaller fiddly sewing projects. Would love a big mushroom pin cushion and like I mentioned before a Xmas pudding with custard dripping off it. 😊❤❤ xx
Hi Lisa, Insomnia here in Philadelphia and look who I bump into!!! Yay....so good to catch you after you just posted. Commented on your last Q&A; never knew anything about it and was not happy with myself. Hope all is well my friend. Going to watch this gem. Thanks so much and you keep shining.....
Oh this is so adorable, Lisa! I’m going to give it a go. It will make a lovely little prop for my hand-made vintage teddies and my needle felted pieces. Thank you for your generosity 🙏🏻🌷
Same here, I have insomnia too. Love both new projects. I will definitely be making the new needle book. I think I need another one. Haha, kinda like pin cushions, you can never have enough.
Oh, gosh, another wonderful pincushion!!! Lovely project once again! Gotta do this one soon (I think I can find the time now that the garden is slowing down.). Thanks again dear and kind friend.
This is so very nice. I love interesting pincushions, and books. This is perfectly adorable. You truly explain and demonstrate very well. Thank you for sharing this with us. Have a blessed day 🙏🌹😊🎉
I have everything on hand to make this. looks fun. I had almost forgotten about the fabric printable, I have that also. I thought you might like to know On Lisa Capen quilts, a group I am in, she mentioned your site as one to be watched as you have several fun tutorials. She made a memory bear. She says she watches you all the time.
Hello Lisa, what a clever idea! I’m thinking of enlarging to make a one book pin cushion. My friends are using pin cushions as nic-nacks for viewing rather than pin cushions. The sewing machine is a favorite. You’re very creative, an excellent teacher and very generous. Glad to see you’re feeling well! Hugs, mary from maryland usa.
Thank you so much for this beautiful project, especially the typed words. I did not realise how easy it is. Got my first page printed perfectly and all cut out to use as often as I like now. Finally got to use some of my calico stash 😄
Absolutely gorgeous, it is something I will definitely try and do, also its something I can start now in September and make for Christmas presents. I'm 81 and just LOVE sewing, especially little unusual and cute things😊.

Ohh i love a new pincushion. I was up late and thought they were needle books. But I love these more
Using an old small thin belt or piece of leather would look awesome too, like the old timey school days pictures

Is the medium book pages listed as large book pages? I went through the pattern and see two sets of large pages but none of the medium page.

Hi Angela! The felt is 1mm thick and the Rembrandt pastel colour I used is called “LightOrange” Yellow Ochre would suit too🥰

Hi, could anyone tell me what fussy cut is please, is it paper or fabric? Ta 😊
Hi, Ot just means to cut little shapes from fabric with fusible web on the backing🥰
Thank you 👍
Just looking for fusible foam (in the uk), anyone know which brand I should look for?
Any website selling bag making patterns and supplies sells the foam stabilizer.
