A #watch # dial gauge or dial gauge is a dimension measuring instrument used to compare heights by indirectly measuring the displacement of a spherical contact tip when the apparatus is fixed on a support. It consists of a mechanism of gears or levers that amplifies the movement of the stem in a circular movement of the needles on circular graduated scales that allow obtaining measurements with a precision of hundredths or thousandths of a millimeter (microns) .1 There are also electronic comparators that use angular displacement sensors of the gears and represent the value of the displacement of the stem on a display.
The watch face containing the graduated scale can be rotated so that the dial can be zeroed coinciding with the hand and the following measurements can be made for comparison. The dial indicator must be fixed to a support, the base of which can be magnetic or mechanically fixed to a frame.
It is an instrument that allows to carry out dimensional controls in manufacturing quickly and precisely, which is why it is widely used in the inspection of the manufacture of products in large series.

no se pero es inevitable ver cómo las personas trabajan con los implementos de seguridad personal, me encanta y mas me fascina ver cuando se les cae los dedos o quedan a medias en su cuerpo, por lo menos desconecten la máquina, no se imaginan el peligro que se corre. todo lo dicho anteriormente es producto de la rabia que da al ver gente tan inconsciente que luego anda demandando a las empresas porque se accidentaron y ellos ayudaron al no tener los elementos de seguridad, dirán que no sirven de mucho pero tampoco el dinero que les dan les va a servir para quedar bien física e incluso psicológicamente.
Siempre se usa el comparador en centésimas y no en milésimas?

Las letras en la pantalla no dejan ver lo que esplicas
Una pregunta profe: colocando el reloj comparador sobre una copa de tres mordazas, obtengo un desajuste de 5 centésimas de mm, es aceptable esta excentricidad o definitivamente algo anda mal con la copa? La coloqué de varias formas y siempre se obtiene este desajuste.
Las mordazas de 3 generalmente se desgastan en el extremo derecho y en el fondo mantiene la dimensiones de fabrica, para eliminar el desajuste se debe hacer un procedimiento de rectificado en las mordazas, pero ejerciendo presión en una pieza cilíndrica con diámetro externo en la parte de las mordazas.
@@reynermairena1 El rectificado se puede hacer con cepilladora sobre la parte de agarre de las mordazas?
Yo creo que no esta bien colocar el.palpador y hacerlo girar con las Rpm del torno,eso no se hace.
