Oh man I'm jealous. I have nice headphones but only desktop speakers. I used to have a "rig" like that. It really does get your ears to hear more subtle things.

Have you tried changing the tubes in your ds2?
No. Those tubes are Tung Sol 12AX7. Still brand new in the kit.
