Video Explanation:
the reason why Hinata is startled when Suga says "How mean, cutting the pleasantries and going straight to violence?" was because that's what Norman (aka suga) says when they reunite with Ray (aka kuroo) and Ray slaps Norman. And the reason why Suga called Hinata "Em" is because Hinata's scream sounded familiar (just like Em's)
Haikyuu x TPN AU:
Hinata is originally a boy in TPN so I changed his name from "Emma" to "Em"
season 2 spoilers but actually- norman didnt get eaten :) he was sent to another farm since he was different and smarter then the others, then, all 3 of them reunite and go to the human world, since they were living in the demon world. my haikyuu headcanon is, everyone from tpn go to the human world, get legal name changes, and emma comes out as trans
btw emma doesnt hurt the demons, she finds a girl named mujika whose a demon, she has a special power. anyone who drinks her blood can survive without eating demons, the one who liked the idea of violence was norman
but then emma sees norman trying to murder demons, while that happend emma imagines norman as a little kid who was sobbing hysterically and hesitating to harm the demons. then norman sides with emma and they dont hurt demons after all

I thought that when hinata scream it was because he remember all (in the manga, when he made the promess, emma losses all memories of the demon world)

in my AU emma is a boy because it would make more sense for me since hinata is a boy and since others make him trans, i wanted to be original. therefore emma has the new boy name Em❤️ i also explained this in my community post if you havent seen it

In my AU Emma from TPN was naturally a boy, and i changed the name to 'Em'. the reason why i didnt make Emma and Hinata trans is because most of the tpn x haikyuu gachatubers out there make him trans and i wanted to be a little more original, and i dont want to make things a little too comlicated TvT i hope you understand
