When I play HRT (Horse Riding Tales), my level is 11 and how do you play The Abandoned horse? (or to adopt Abandoned animal from Vet!)
The Abandoned Horse I had to run up to it and then I clicked some of the interactions with it and that seemed to validate the quest. As for the pet system, I don't believe it is complete yet, so right now we can't adopt them just yet :3
