- This is my first new video in 14 months due to a concussion I sustained last spring (2016). The Concussion took 3 months to recover from, but I still felt fragile after a crash in October of 2016, so I decided to take a step back, and not ride anything dangerous for the next 6 months.
After a year of minimal riding, the day started rough - all the skills were there, they just felt a bit slower then normal. I eventually remembered how to ride, and the second half of the day went really well. I was riding slower and more cautiously then I wanted to, but I was also riding consistently and in control which was good. It was a good first video back and it felt great to be riding again!

This dude is such a boss! Jeez man.
Such flow, Ryan! That big wheel does suit you well. My favorite is the jump at 4:11. WHAT.
It's great to see you back Ryan! Injuries are always hard I know due to my own injuries , but you are so strong and determined that you will overcome any problem. I know I will see you soon back at your best shape 😉
All my support from Spain! Keep pushing! 💪💪💪
You are true inspiration and such a big motivation to train harder. THX
WOW, what a video. Great riding, great edit. I'm sorry to hear about the concussion, but you did the right thing taking time, as a second concussion soon after can have some very bad results. I had a bad one from longboarding that took me out of inline downhill for 20 months and now other injuries. I'm very happy to hear that you were able to get back to what you love doing. I can't wait to see another edit.
Awesome again. Well done - looks steeper and more technical.
"anything dangerous" for you Ryan is still extreme for most of us. Great to see you back in action.
Inspiring to see that you had a serious injury and came back to doing epic things again, loved the video, hoping i can get to riding trails like that someday :D
Hope more is to come great stuff
great video as always. Good to see things are working again
The legend is back
Man, you take awesome to the extreme!
So amazing!
Wow, reminded me of trail riding in my youth when I used to race motocross
KH 27.5? Glad to see you "back in the saddle".

Once I went to downhill track, tried and thought it's not mine)
