- The family of Kaitlin Elizabeth Hernandez, who was found strangled in a ditch on Dell Oak Drive in March, said the 17-year-old knew the suspect for at least two years.

I'm sitting here shedding tears listening to their pain at the loss of their loved one. I feel their pain as today marks 2 years that I said my goodbyes to my beautiful daughter but I lost mine to illness. I can only imagine how horrible it must be for them to lose a loved one in such a horrible way. 🙏My deepest heartfelt condolences to all of them, may she rest in heavenly peace and may they bring down the hammer of justice on that killer and put him where be belongs.

I remember seeing this case, although I’m glad they have caught the evil suspect, the heart is heavy. I don’t wish this upon anyone, that poor family.
