I will be honest this will be a jumbled mess more than likely but here we go… So the idea is a oneshot with izuku playing the role of judge Dredd, Now to put it in this story line overhaul/Kai chisaki is not the bad guy and Eri is a adult, so some background knowledge Kia is a American scientist with Eri being his assistant, the American government started to see the danger of quirk users and believed in the quirk singularity theory, so they started to develop the anti quirk task force with Kia and Eri designing weapons to at first suppress quirks to completely removing them from those who are a danger to civilians be it hero’s or villains, with David shield developing armor or vehicles, anyway the American government found out about the LOV USJ attack and decided it was time to the world that hero’s and villains can no longer exist as it was time to go back to the old ways of humans before quirks, with Izuku as the team lead bypassing the hero safety commission and instead working directly with the police to show the civilians of japan that they no longer have to fear quirk users be it hero’s or villains blowing up city blocks causing so much property damage over some two bit villain. Idk maybe you could have fun with this make it dark or keep it modest maybe izuku moved to live with his dad in America and got trained Rambo style and was allowed to lead the anti quirk unit, being izuku back story, idk sadly I lack the creativity or understanding to truly make it into a video maybe you can play with it or hand it off to one of yours friends.
