I went to Gloucester to watch Truro v Yeovil when we won the league. About 10 Truro fans which is awful for any club to see (who can blame anyone to travel 6 hours round trip for a home game) so glad they have a home and I hope they win promotion this season.
A lot more left than I thought it was! Very interesting video! I can’t believe it’s taken this long for you to bring it out haha! Great vid love these kind of ones! ❤
Honestly!! 😂 had this one on the drafts for MONTHS so I’m glad I’ve finally got round to it so I can share it with people!! 😂 thank you for the kind words ❤️
Great video. Sad to see it like that. A few great Saturday afternoons in that ground and bar. A nice new ground now with lots of potential. Over 1500 crowds so things are looking up
As a BHA fan,we had to play some games in Gillingham. We were homeless after being sold out by scum bag David Belotti. Thankfully we are now in an amazing stadium and playing in the Premier. Massive thanks to our local boy, pro poler player & billionaire, Tony Bloom.
I remember seeing the Brighton and Hove Buses driving up Detling Hill Kent. You would take 2500 plus fans to Priestfield Gillingham, those dark days galvanised you lot.! And now look where Brighton are! Premier League, and European Cup! Brilliant.

Truro is a CITY not a town. The new stadium needs to have its capacity increased.
Subscribed. One ground I recommend that is totally abandoned is that of Clandown AFC. Formerly of the Great Mills Western League and once playing in the FA Trophy. We went back and it was not much fun.
Also as a local cllr of truro. The latest plans for the site is another retirement home. This got rejected at city council level (where i sit) 4months ago ish
Great video, sad to see Treyew Road in that state. Loved that place, but the new ground is great, and we are top of the league, so alls well that ends well. Only side note, we were nicknamed the white tigers, but are now “the tinners” This coincided with moving to the new ground, and changing the home strip back to red.
That’s my bad!! I filmed this so long ago so forgot to put a correction on screen, but now you’ve reminded me I do remember! 😂 thanks though and appreciate the kind words, it is a shame but from walking round the new ground, it looks lovely!! Would love to come and watch a game there!
I remember when Penrith played at Southend Road they soled there place for a Sainsburys and they bought Penriths new ground frenchfields stadium its nice and smart but I prefer the old school grounds yi naa crumbling dumps THATS NON-LEAGUE

Sorry to disappoint but they’re no longer the white tigers. In tribute to their heritage they’re now the tinners, as chosen by fans
Very interesting. As it happened I saw Truro at Farnborough a few weeks back. Looked a decent side.

Oooh very nice!! I’ll make note of that, do some research and if I’m headed that way I’d love to check it out!! Thanks mate! ❤️

Thank you! I struggled to find any articles on what’s planned but as I’ve said it seems very messy! Appreciate the insight though so thank you! ❤️
@TFHipster i dont think it would get built. And its a shame. I used to be the assisant referee for the 2nd team along time ago. Nice pitch
Love Truro I’m here every day with work if I say the name on the truck you know who I am and I’m going to retire here
They’ve got a new stadium up the road, it opened this year 2024.

I’m not paying up 😂
@TheDevonMackem wow....looks like im going to small claims court then 🤣
@ See you there 😉
@TheDevonMackem lol
3000 seater at new stadium?🤣 can’t be more than 500
Standing around a fench ground generally has 3k "capacity" but their might only be 500 seats
Possibly a poor choice of words but yeah, 3,000 capacity - not 3,000 seats!! 😂
More stands and bits of it are still to be built. But we are getting attendances of about 1.5K which is a massive boost
