Thanks for this. Didn't even know this existed. Always use my gimbal in briefcase mode so this is perfect. Plus no separate tripod base that extends the footprint
@@timelesstruths thank you! So many options. R5c was where I was leaning until they announced r5 II. I loved my gh5 and now that phase detect is on the new gh7 that sounds appealing too. Go where the lenses lead you I suppose.
@@zosozoso2 for walk through I found the weebil 3e cinepeer to be a little more flexible in movement and and structure. That being said the scorp 2 will be by air tracker gimbal. Good news the pricing on gimbals have gone way down. I remember spending $600 for quality gimbals and now they are half the price and better.
@@JaredHoyman Thanks for reply! I will have a look into that. Really good chanel here, I also work as a real estate photographer here in rainy Denmark ;-)
The jello effect on that camera, litearlly making me sick to watch it track you lmao. The Jello on the R5 II is unusable, at least in the profession realm it's so bad. Don't go below 24mm if you are moving.

You are welcome. Makes it easy to travel.
My heart would’ve STOPPED when the camera dropped 😅
Oh…my heart stopped. It was on my video tripod and not on the carbon fiber one from earlier so I was more assured.
fantastic well done
Thanks for testing this gimbal with detailed introduction. Recently, I need to choose one for my first shooting and it seems this is a good choice.
You’re welcome. It’s a great gimbal with great tracking.
You can use "reframe" gesture 👉👈so that you can keep your head in frame,
Good to know. I’ll check that out asap.
That 8k is crispy!!
It is! It’s also a beast of a file. I’m really liking the sRAW file size and look.
Excellant review, still sorting out next camera, as you know the list is confusing. Could be Canon R5C, GH7, or something from blackmagic.

@@JaredHoyman oh my gosh, great advice.
Great video. I have a similar gimbal. I have difficulty with balancing the gimbals. Would love to see how you were able to perfectly balance yours.
The easiest gimbal I have found to balance so far is the Weebil 3e. This one was balanced fine, but does take a little tweaking.
@@JaredHoyman thank you I may give them a try.

Looks great!! Do you think it would be good for walk trough as well?

Did you shoot this one in RAW? Right off the bat it looks less robust, contrasty and colorful than previous ones.
Last half was in 8k raw. First part was standard profile with r6 II.
@@JaredHoyman I meant very first shot in the studio with the flag. I noticed it right when the video started, thats when I made this specific comment.
