For some unknown reason, I resisted the massage videos for a while 😅 - so silly ! This video and the Reiki one are quickly becoming my favorites. This one is just a blanket of sensory goodness, helping calm my mind before sleep 😴. I am happily raising the view count too!!! I tried to avoid these massage ones as long as I could. I don't know why. Now I am, indeed, a "puddle of bliss." You can shush me, and remind me to breathe slowly, and reassure me, and tell me to relaaaaax all day. That's fine with me.
