    Control Board of Inverter IGBT Welder Machine Manual Metal Arc (MMA) is explained in urdu hindi language (Circuit Description & Working Principle)
    this control board is incorporated to manage safeties and and adjust the duty cycle to produce a current control function. the maximum peak current is detected by current transducer (peak current detect transformer) which is installed in the input DC port entering to IGBT power section. output load current is monitored a current sense shunt resistance connected in -ve output terminal. the dropped voltage on this shunt resistor are equal to its resistance value and the load current. a reference required current is fed by using front panel current setting potentiometer. a short circuit detection circuit is used to monitor the short circuit conditions at load end
    control board compares all values and calculates and provides a corrective error signal to adjust the output duty cycle of sg3525 or UC3845 or TL494 or A7500 or microcontroller (whatever is used)
    LM339 or TSM102 operational amplifier opamp & comparator are used to calculate the inputs. temperature protection circuit is used to protect the circuit in case of over temperature of igbt modules

    سر جی آپ بہت مفید معلومات فراہم کرتے ہیں،ہر آئی سی یا سرکٹ کا جس طرح کام تفصیل سے بیان کرتے ہیں اسی طرح ہر سرکٹ پر جو وولٹ ان پٹ ہوتے اس کی مقدار جو آؤٹ ہوئے اس کی مقدار بھی بتا دیا کریں اس سے اگلے آئی سی یا کمپوننٹ پر جانے کے بعد جو تبدیلیاں آئیں یا جو اس سے آؤٹ ہو گا اسکے وولٹ کی مقدار بھی بتا دیا کریں تاکہ جس شخص کے پاس آپکی طرح سارے آلات یا علم نہ وہ آپ راہنمائی سے زیادہ سے زیادہ مستفید ہو سکیں آپکی بہت بہت مہربانی ہوگی اللّٰہ آپکے اہل عیال اور آپ کی دو جہاں میں خیر ہو سلامت رہیں شاد و آباد رہیں معظم و مکرم 🙂 مزید وسعتیں عطاء ہوں

    Current pot countrol 33 to 400 amps .
    Welding is not up and down.
    Shunt change Kiya same problem.
    Showing wire changing Kiya same problem.
    Countrol bord Ka problem .
    Hower Kaya karega.

      this circuit dosn't have voltage monitoring circuit
      some cards have voltage monitoring input, i forgot to discuss
      there is a resistor network connected across the main dc buss to divide voltage
      that divided voltage are monitored in control card. from 185 vac to 265 vac that circuit will allow to work

      is ki input me lagi hui relay ko check karein. i think k relay PTC/NTC ko bypass nahi kr rahi.

      please check potentiometer, current limit setting variable on control card and operational amplifier IC, output shunt resistance feedback signal to control card and CT signal

      @@haseebelectronicsurdu potentimeter is ok. i think the ic tl084 and lm324 connected to potentiometer

      @@haseebelectronicsurdu the control card has an ic UC3846n. i think it might be the defective also
