My 16 year old made me take him to this show as his christmas gift. He failed to mention decomposing heads but thats okay.. We survived.. Lol. They were really good. Had heard the name back in the day but never heard their music til that night. We will definitely go again if they ever come back to Florida!
Morbid Angel was what I went for, I grew up on them. All 3 bands were amazing though. Never have I been to a concert where I ended up liking all the bands that played. Definitely glad I decided to go to that show 😄💞

Pelle (guitar) was held at the border. They had to make a quick decision to move Alvaro from bass to guitar and Erik take the bass which was his original role in watain.
erik on guitar was fuckiing amazing live. the guy on the left is the guitarist from Degial his band came to the U.S in 2018 with destroyer 666 and watain. Check it out if you havent.

First time seeing that night it was insane. Before they came on there was a terrible stench and I didn't think anything of it but it was the dead animals they use as props.
Erik has a strong Energy when playing the Live Bass. Is he playing Bass in Studio or is Alvaro the Live and Studio Base Player generally, so far i know only for Live Tours ? And HJ doesnt play the Drums live anymore but in Studio ? Would like to know
All I know is their bass player had his US visa revoked for some bullshit reason for this specific tour, that’s why Erik is playing here. If I’m not mistaken, Håkan doesn’t record drums or play live any longer, but he contributes as a songwriter
Morbid Angel nailed their set, but from my perspective the crowd was drained after Watain. Not really a wise move to bill them as an act to follow up. No disrespect to Morbid Angel though, true legends, no one was disappointed.
