I still own the very same '69 Mach 1 given to me by my parents in 1975, now with 88000 miles on it. We drive it once a year to the beach here in NC and quickly wash the salt off of it when we get home. IT has undergone some changes to make it modern such as disc brakes and an updated air conditioning system (though you can not tell by looking at it) It stored in a dust free, climate controlled building on a nice soft carpeted floor. The wife says I treat it better than her and she would be right. My car does not talk back to me or complain
I've always dreamed of owning this type of mustang since I was a kid . Even though I know it may not come true . Coming back to this video every day im upset and watching this build happen cheers me up . Awesome car I love it !!!
Thank you very much for sharing, this video inspired me to go out and buy a classic for my next ride, I just feel there is something about the classic styling that is just lost in today's cars. I'm 18 btw
Man thats an art i dont want the video to end i want it to last forever, omg i want that car its my dream car ,you really know what are you doing and how to take care of it
Very Nice Job ! This Doesn't Look like your First Barbecue ....Lots of Tasteful touches , Excellent Color Choice. Ford sold so many Mach 1s in 69 , The Fastbacks are waaaay more Rare ....Hope your still Enjoying the Fruit of your Labor.. Well Done..
Muy buena recuperación aún siendo casera, eso es tremendo carro muy muy lindo, enhorabuena. Very good restoration even being homemade, that's amazing car very very cute, congratulations!!!
Totally awesome. You definitely had a vision and made it happen. I have a 69' coupe and thought it was awesome. You inspired me to take mine to another level. Thank you for sharing the transformation.
Beautiful job, my hat is off to you. When I was in high school in 1979, the big thing was Chevy vans and Crushed velvet interiors. Seems weird to me today. I am a die hard chevy man owning two SS 68 Camaros, but I know what I like and much RESPECT for your hard work and DOING THE DAMN JOB RIGHT. RH DSD
Your car looks fantastic, great work you have a lot of talent to make the car look that good, love the color the interior the engine compartment looks better than factory the only thing that i would change is the drum brakes to disc brakes all around for stopping power thank you for the video and God Bless.
I'm trying my best to restore my 1970 mustang 302 coupe, but man I feel like I have such a long way to go... I'm barley 19 trying to use this a car to drive around since I don't have a car to get around right now... you did such a amazing job! great work! I wish I had your skills and knowledge! take car of that beauty! post some more videos for us youtubers to see! and I got some videos of mine on my profile, I'm gonna be uploading more at work on it, but great job on you build, very nice!
Fantastic job.. I have been considering buying an old stanG here in the UK.. Just slightly worried about lack of parts availability. Your Mustang certainly does look amazing, good work
I LOVE THIS CAR!!! GREAT WORK AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! THIS IS THE BEST VIDEO I HAVE SEEN YET BY FAR!!! This has been my dream car since I was a kid. I just found one and bought it. It has some work done...already has a new engine, new rebuilt transmission and a few other things. I will be ready soon to continue the restoration and would like to go about it the same way that you did. I am wondering if it would be possible to contact you to get some advise and recommendations? I just want to do it right. I am willing to ship my car or deliver it if I have to. I would really appreciate your assistance if you are willing to help?
Haha, thanks Travis. The kick panels were the only place I wanted to make some speaker boxes. I wasn't about to cut the doors apart to mount them. Take care
Nice job! I have a 69 coupe with the original 250ci straight six. In much better condition than yours did when it was black so I got lucky there. Where did you get your dash pieces? They look really smooth in comparison to the leather textured original trim that came from the factory
That looks sick. Restoring my 67 mustang a second time around. Was eyeing those rims and paint color? That regular gun metal grey and edlebrock 454 wheels?
Great job! what size tires? I'm finishing up my 1969 mach 1 (for the 3rd time) and am in the process deciding tire/wheel size. I like the width of yours. Cheers!
Now Boys, THAT'S how you restore a muscle car! Brilliant color scheme and wheel choice. Well done good sir!
Thank you!
