- Greetings fellow Portal Masters and welcome one and all to my EVERY [blank] RANKED series! This series is exactly what it says, I take every single Skylander, level, etc. and give them a real overall feel ranking of how I personally feel about them and place them on the list, giving me an overall decision of who or what I think is best.
This time around, the trend is Starters! Each starter pack has an awesome variety of Skylanders but how do they all rank? I bet you'll be surprised who made it to the top!
Remember, this is MY PERSONAL LIST! Things I agree with you may not agree with but as long as you're respectful in the comments then I'll take your comment as positive and grow from it. Be mature and I'll be mature!!

@@jonathanthesawnerd4411 I honestly blame the haters on Skylanders Spyro for it’s cancellation, I believed the hate forced Activision to finally give up, cancel anything related to Skylanders, and give the fans what they wanted, ( I am of course talking about the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, although I did enjoy that game, and even back before Skylanders, I knew Spyro, but I didn’t have a problem with Skylanders )

I think both starter swappers are great but Blast Zone is a monster at times

THANK YOU! I still remember when I started out on the 3ds and seeing Ignitor go into the game for the first time back in 2011.
Bowser & Donkey Kong: Here’s the thing: those two are still Nintendo properties, so of course they’d keep them Nintendo exclusive! Nintendo isn’t going to allow their first parties appear on non-Nintendo consoles! Crash and Cortex are owned by Activision, not Sony, so they could appear on all consoles.
Plus, Bowser and Donkey Kong are fantastic in Superchargers, and they outclass a lot of the other characters (not all of them, though).
Can u play as them on PS4?

My favorite is and always will be trigger happy me and my 2 brothers shared the starters I got trigger happy and my siblings would get so mad when I cleared everyone out with minigun

hot streak: from PS3/PS4 (normal starter and dark edition), Xbox One/Xbox 360 (normal starter and dark edition), Wii (racing) and Wii U dark editions, and IOS starter pack (if you remember that one)
Sea shadow: from PS4 and Xbox One dark editions
barrel blaster: from Wii U starter and dark edition packs
clown cruiser: from Wii starter and dark edition packs and from 3ds starter pack (both superchargers racing)

Im going to make a ranking every trap master video which will probably make it high, lol.
Double trouble is pretty good if you know how to use him same with golden Queen and food fight and cynder and blast zone and snap shot and barkley and tree rex and king pen and stealth elf.
Definately Trigger Happy or Tree Rex as they are my two favorite Skylanders who are constantly fighting for the title of my favorite

Ninja stealth elf was my favorite one, more due to the fact that she was already a great character and having another move just added to that.
I do indeed think that blast zone and food fight are underrated. I love both of their attacks and also their personality. I think that they deserve more love from the fandom.

Rattle shake is my favorite from this list, but from just the console releases, wash buckler or golden queen are probably my favorites. Golden Queen was great in Trap Team, and seeing her in Imaginators grabbed my interest. Add in her great moveset, she's still a favorite of mine. Wash Buckler has a fun moveset, has a fun personality, and is a pirate octopus. What's not to love about him?

Great video. This charter is in the same carigoty as the hot streak so it isn't relivint but you missed the sea shadow. It was in the dark xbox 360 version of super chargers
Thunderbolt wasn't released at launch, so if they put him in the 3ds starter pack then everyone else would have had to wait to get him, also the only reason that cynder was in the Giants starter pack was because there was an undead gate that if you hadn't got the figures from spyros adventure, or bought an undead skylander from Giants along with the starter pack you wouldn't have been able to open

Ah god.. i miss skylanders... i used to play it when i was a kid i loved dark wildfire and had WAYYYY to many skylanders and also had litterally every kind of trap you could get (including kaos) I have no WIIU anymore so i cant play it but i never sold my skylanders themselves :)
I got bowser and donjey kong and they didn't work so donkey kong got returned because i thought they didn't work, do they seriously only work on specific consoles ?!?!

Stealth Elf remains my favorite Skylander to this day, ANY version of her. After all her variations, I'd round my top 10 starters with:
Hammer Slam Bowser
Turbo Charge Donkey Kong
any version of Spyro
Spitfire
Trigger Happy
Cynder
King Pen
Crash Bandicoot
Rattle Shake
also I like Pop Fizz as a character, but I find his playstyle & moveset too awkward personally....
If I were to rate skylanders this would be my list: Spyro. I swear he's the only one I play, with the occasional other variants of Spyro, or rarely other skylanders (mostly air)
During the part with gusto he said "a interesting chose to show of the new air swapers" swapers!!
this is a good list, although, personally, I would put Tree-Rex higher, probably because Giants was my first Skylanders game I ever played when I was younger...
as for him being slow... I got him to play nearly all of the speed heroic challenges, so now he has 64 + 12 from the winged hat, s now he's much faster, but he always had that charge move... so... he's still fast...

I like the Nintendo ones, I got bowser in a double pack, and DK in the Wii U starter but I have the Nintendo consoles so that’s probably why

I was kind of surprised by how low tree rex was, cause he is by far my favorite starter pack Skylander, he's just better than most of the Skylanders you had really high up in my opinion.
but why "forgetable tiger attack" tho? I always thought that move was super awesome. Very sad we cannot share the same opinion on that one. And I also love jet vac, but you know opinions are very different
edit: I now watched the whole video, and I have to say I agree on everything else on the list, except for the skylanders I named before. Great list as always

What if you do a top fragile skylanders figure like stealth elf series 2 or 3 that are preatty fragile.

Me (finished the whole game with only foodfight because I liked him more and only used snapshot when absolutely needed): sure.

And secondly, every Core was overshadowed by the Trap Masters as they became basically useless to 100% the game. Regardless if Food Fight is your favourite Skylander ever, most people used Snap Shot because he can actually finish levels completely.

Unfortunately Cynder wasn't in ALL the starter packs for Giants because the Portal Owner's Pack only gave you tree rex and the game. So even if Jet Vac is bad I missed out on him AND cynder. :( Darn it.
You could’ve gotten cinder on ssa or get cinder 2nd hand pretty cheap

Think Donkey Kong and Bowser exclusivity is more of a Nintendo decision rather than a Skylanders decision. They tend to be really strict with their IPs.

My favourite starter pack skylander is tree rex because he has close range and long range moves he even has a move that makes him faster!!
I Liked the Bundle pack for trap team it was the Starter lack but had Bop Terrabite Funny bone Sure shot shroomboom and Chopper it’s a good way to introduce a comeback new skylanders a comeback mini and a new mini it also came with a undead trap
Boom ranger and free jet are a really good combination in my opinion

I actually agree with just about all of them and the only one that I have a different feel for was Hammer Slam Bowser because that even though he was exclusive to the underrated Nintendo version, he can still be played on the other versions.

I wasn't expecting Gill Grunt so high. I don't really understand why is he so popular. His ok, but I find him a bit boring especially as for a skylander with 6 reposes. And his move set is soooo similiar to Jet Vac's, another overpopular imo Skylander. They both have a slow ranged attack 1, "special" ranged attack 2 and not very useful flying ability on attack 3. He might be a good starter pack skylander for the new players, but still, wasn't expecting him taht high

I couldn't agree more with Spyro being at #1. He's my all-time favorite Skylander, so if I did this list, he would be #1 on my list too.

I humbly disagree that Spyro is the #1 starter pack character.
Notaries shouldn't make a skylander good, I believe they should be judged fairly on their abilities and learning curves.

I would probably put Dark Spyro at #1, as his 3Ds moveset is so unique (i would probably put spitfire, tree-rex, or dark wildfire at #2)
I have some ideas for ranks do the vehicles and all skylanders spyro's adventure and giants swap force trap team super chargers and last but not least imagnators

At first, SS Stealth Elf was pretty underwhelming. But once the turret got better, she was pretty good.
I think Dk and Bowser should tie at the bottom for being console exclusives but overall I agree with most of your list

i agree with number 2 but what i dont agree with is number 9 why would rattle shake even be a starter his got a bad move set (not the worst dont get me wrong) but i just dont find him entertaining (also i have the quick draw version)
