I love The Rock he’s one of the greatest wrestlers of all time and I like him as an actor. My only problem with him is that like I said I like him as actor but he plays the same character in most of his movies imo.

I love The Rock. He's an influence to me as a wrestler. I love his promos. I do like his movies, more specifically Fast 5. He is my 11th favorite wrestler.

Yes he does. He is a traveling carnival trickster, a circus performer, a huckster, and all of those things make him one of the best pro wrestlers of all time. It also runs in his family. Anytime you think he’s being fake or disingenuous he’s just running a gimmick, a new character that many people will believe. He does whatever is needed to get the most money out of any situation.

I grew up on The Rock from the mid 90's. I've watched every movie hes done (The bad and the good lol). I've been following him for years and I love the guy. I do think a lot of this has to do with him being looked through a microscope. He may be the most famous person on the planet, so hes destined to have haters. I personally think the ad stuff can get annoying at times and he could have handled things a little better, but I feel he genuinely is a good dude. He did make a post that around the time the whole Joe Rogan stuff happened they were in constant communication behind the scenes and texting back and forth, so I think it was blown out of proportion.
I think overall The Rock is awesome and I'm a ride or die fan of The Final Boss! FInally your life has meaning!!!

I feel like the people unfollowing him are simply the people that started getting back into wrestling over the past few months and wanted to follow his beef with Cody. He made it entertaining to people and they used his platform to stay up to date on things. Now that all that is over, they have no need to follow him anymore. Doesn't mean they don't like him. Just means their needs have been served and they don't want to see the other stuff he's doing, which is fine.

It's so funny. I didn't know any of this except the wrestlemania bit. But I've had a really bad opinion of the rock for a long time now, just from the way he talks. Even when he's not selling something. I think I just know so many athletes personally via BJJ and MMA that talk about "the grind" a lot. Just like Rock. But of the guys I know who "have that grind mentality" I know that the louder they talk about, the less about it they actually are. Rock has preached like an evangelist for literally decades about how hard he works now, so I know that he's definitely reached a point where he doesn't have to work at all anymore.
