Was hoping Gravel would pick up a win here for Jason. Glad to see improvements have been made to the track. Just sucks the Ragin Cajun has to lose his life in order for them to be made.
@@brendanostrowski9836 Suskie was able to put up a Hodnett gate over winter in time for this year's racing. Other tracks in PA have altered their protocols and are working on putting up these gates.
duckfoot75 trust me I’ve been going there all my life, may dads been racing there longer. There is no way that this track would be able to run a gate. After racing there weekly program it would be an absolute living hell. Could they do something different with track exit, yes, but a gate isn’t the answer.
@@brendanostrowski9836 okay, I'll take your word for it. But that perpendicular wall at the track entry needs to go. Suskie put it a something like a cattle gate for track exit, but we have a separate track entry that doesnt have any perpendicular wall.
No back in the day if you won heats you would start 12th or so and had to come thru the field, on the pole it's to easy but I forget it's outlaw rules and not the way they did it in pa back in the day, been going to races for 50 plus years
Lonnie Trout, "coming thru the field" as you say will certainly make it more exciting but I'm not sure that is a good thing when one considers that the field 90% of the time (my best guesstimate) finishes pretty close to their starting positions. I know, I know there are lots of exceptions but for the most part I think I'm pretty close. Coming thru the field creates havoc also and I for one don't like to watch wreckers hauling wrecked cars off the track all night long and finishing up the race at 1am. They already shuffle the top 6. I'm good with that but what would you say to the Dash having the top 10 cars? That's where everyone is looking....a win, a podium appearance, a top 5 or a top 10 finish. I haven't been going to races for 50 years as you have so I can't really comment on how it was way back when. But I have been going for 20 and I think the WOO has a pretty good program going for itself. As always, just my humble opinion.
You've got to be kidding. Johnny Gibson has been the WoO announcer for over 20 years. He is THE voice of the world of outlaws. I would like to hear you or anyone else do a better job day in and day out than Mr. Gibson.
Great to see they have put a fence around the full track
The Big Cat,, hooked up and gone!! 🏁🏁🏁
Good to see the kid (#17) hangin around again.
Forever 41
WOW......such beautiful catch fencing around the entire track. I'm sure JJ appreciates it now. RIP #41. The owners finally "got a clue".

yes sweet way to go!!!
I like the fence around the track, but you’d think they’d also put a Hodnett gate up for the track entry too. Most tracks do the absolute minimum...
For one after racing there for years they can’t. How in the hell do you expect anyone to go to the pots for repairs.

Sweet Pea making it look easy.
Ain't nobody better!!! #bigcat
Nate2099 that’s a stretch... Brad is a great wheelman but there are dozens who are better
Sweeeet
Rot'sa FUN... 😆
Fastest guy shouldn't start up front , go back to the old days of better racing
that's "everyone should get a trophy" mentality.
In all fairness the top 6 have a random draw on who starts where in the dash race to determine the top 6 starting spots.

@@lonnietrout7245 I wasn't saying back in the day. Besides unlike then there really is only a handful of guys that can win every race.

Someone please take the clothespin off this commentator's nose.
This play-by-play guy is terrible!
Can you do It any better????........
