You are not traveling or going on trips? Well I need lessons on how to keep my expenses low cos I’m blowing through the dollars like nobody’s business 😂😂😂
@@sethohemeng-appiah9082 I do! I’m currently on a trip to Mexico infact haha. All I can say about saving is tracking your expenses and planning ahead for a fixed amount you’d be spending/saving.
One of the reasons that keeps me glued to your videos is how you speak softly. You are so articulate and calm at the same time. Thanks for all the information.
Quite insightful. It would be nice if you could do a video on your internship application process and how you landed your internship. Keep up the good work. A lot of us are taking notes.
Thanks a lot my dear. Many are so secretive because they don't want people to know how much they are ending of which the information is just needed to rightly strategise
Oh how I just love watching you speak on your channel, ❤️❤️❤️❤️, the calmness and sweetness... though I don't have anything to do with MBA 😊😊😊😊 I just enjoy it!!! And congratulations on 1k subscribers!!! 🎊🎊🎊🎊
You may need to get that bicycle, add a basket in the front for grocery runs😂😂. Cheers to the free food also, I should enroll to your school. You really did very fine with your budgeting and thanks for putting the information out there, really useful stuff. Congrats on 1k subscribers.
Hey Fisayo, my name is Lola. I just found your channel, i also got an MBA Assistantship at the Uni of Maine. You're so pretty btw. I'm interested in learning about securing internships in the US
Hi Lola! Thanks for subscribing, and for the kind comment! I’ll be sharing details on securing an internship soon. Please hit the bell notification so you’ll be informed whenever I drop the video
Thank you so much Fisayo. I have been watching your videos on RUclips, it has been an inspiration for me. I will be applying for PhD Economics in US. I really need your guidance on material for my GRE coming in November. I will be needing your help on GRE materials and schools to apply. I know your was MBA, but I need your guidance. Congratulations on your graduation and many lofty heights. Thank you.
Hi Fisayo, kudos for a great job. I'll be resuming to the Tempe Campus this fall. Which is more expensive? Tempe or Phoenix? And do they give free lunch at Tempe too😂
I saw a youtber saying once your course is a NON STEM course especially art courses , You go back home immediately you finish your studies! How true is this
Not true. You have one year of stay for NonSTEM programs. You’ll only need to “go back home” if you don’t get a job or a company to sponsor you within that extra one year
Hello, thank you for asking! I got a fully funded scholarship for my MBA and I shared the process of getting it on this video. ruclips.net/video/B38ySQRYuUs/видео.html Please check it out!
My other question is as an international student, when you arrive the school did you open bank account or a US Bank account or foreign students can’t open accounts, I’m curious?
Aha! Good question. I opened a bank account here i the first week of my arrival. It’s a necessity to carry out financial transactions. You’d need a debit and credit card
Hello. Lovely video. Although I was 😲 I won't lie . Especially for the rent part. Maybe cause I am converting it to naira to really get the gist bit every country has their system. Congratulations on your 1k subscribers. I sent a DM on IG, I have some questions to ask about RUclips. Don't know if it's convenient to ask them here. Keep shining aunty fisayo❤️🎉🎊
Thank you❤️ I can totally understand! It seems very ridiculous when you convert it to a lower currency like the naira. It helps to use ratios when you’re comparing it to your own monthly expenses. For instance, the ratio of your rent to your total expense, then compare it to mine. The ratio of your feeding expense to self care expense and then compare to mine, etc. Also, I’ve responded to your IG DM ❤️
Hi, thanks for the subject. I just got a 40% scholarship in a US university. I'm also allowed to split the remaining 60% tuition and pay 5 times per semester. I'd like you to kindly help me understand the US student employment process. Is it possible to get another job outside the usual 20hrs per week rooster. As in, is it allowed? How difficult can it be to raise funds from working over there. I am asking to know if I should go for this admission or not. Thanks.
Hello, thank you for asking. First, congratulations on your admission! Are you an international student? If yes, then it’s generally not advised that you seek employment outside the hours stipulated by your schools immigration body. Also, it depends on the type of program you’re enrolling into. Does it allow you do an internship during the summer or get a part time job? You’d need to speak to current students at your school, and the admissions committee to further analyze your options. Hope this helps
Thanks for your timely response. I'll definitely ask the grad school committee. But I want to ask this. From your experience, can the 20hr per week on campus job be able to cater for the remaining tuition (if I'm to pay 5 times in 5 months) and living expenses. Yes I'm an international student
It depends on the GA salary amount and your tuition fee. In my case, my GA salary alone would not pay my tuition because it’s over a $100k. When you speak to them you’d find out the amount being paid and then make your decision
