For those having a hard time to understand, i had a tough time too but what i do understand is that Carlos is confused on what to believe, he can't even watch Chris' vid 'cause it hurts him knowing Nick helped him out the street but took advantage of him. When he heard Nick was paying people to fight him, Chauncey and Chris he was so confused and conflicted 'cause he was trying to get the hell out of trouble but thought everyone don't like him so he had to protect himself.
