    Recipe 1:

    Bake for 40 minutes at 170 °C.

    150 ml water (3/4 glass).
    100 grams butter (3.5 ounces).
    150 grams of flour (1 glass).

    1 tablespoon cornstarch.
    Cook over low heat for 6-7 minutes.
    200 ml cream 33% (6.7 fl oz).
    70 g powdered sugar (2.5 oz).
    Whip the cream lightly.
    300 g cream cheese (10.5 oz).
