Shocked that you have to do everything like paint to touch up ect. In South Africa you get the house freshly painted and if there would be carpet it would be cleaned like new before move in. We have a property we rent out and the lenghts I go to make it look lush before a new tenant move in is insane.

if you can justify the expense or want to I would highly recommend getting a dishwasher fitted next to the sink (you rinse off plates) and have your bin near by as well or a food bin under the sink!. it's a great bonus in a kitchen to have all 3 close by. Fitting a dishwasher into a already done kitchen isn't so hard ( we have done this twice! :)

Beautiful Amy. When you paint the woodwork use a water based gloss or satin instead of oil based it will stop them going that yellowy colour. ❤❤❤
