Definitely works on all laptops. For other devices there a dedicated app but I'm sure if it has all the features as the laptop version.

Yes unfortunately not available in all places. Only few major areas in India have 3d buildings.

Unfortunately we can't get a seamless drone shot, we can only screen record a video and pan through the model.
