Great tips! Thanks Al!
Thank you very much
Great video! How about a video on how both partners should position themselves on the court when receiving a serve? I noticed in most international tournaments, that the other partner on the receiving team is positioned at the center of the court (not on the opposite box), while the one receiving the actual serve is near the net.
This is because the server served to the T area. The best method is observed how your opponent stance, how he position himself can tell you clearly how is planning to return your serve. Except he is those pro players with very strong wrist control, only a strong wrist can play an effective trick shot or those pro players that position himself this way/direction but he hit and return the shuttle in an odd direction that will mess up your footwork.
Want to be good in badminton, you have to practice everyday in footwork and all weight training specifically for badminton. No short cut, is all hard work because badminton is not a regular game, it is a very intensive sport.
Correct Julian. No short cut. Have concept and need to practice. That is why I have created the Badmintonife triangle which is explain people how to practice more efficiency^^
cant wait to try this out
Test it out ^^
Good😍😍😍

Oh, btw, what to do if it's not to the T, but in the middle?
Will have new program to help you soon ^^
Good question
Thank you
We're you deliberately use the left leg?
Yes, but nothing wrong with right and left just the style play and the speed is different.
I prefer short videos to lengthy ones.
Nice but recorded too soft. Thanks!!
