I had to stop the video to maybe assist in your goal writing. I am also like you with interpreting a "goal reached." But change the way you write your goals. Be more descriptive like, memorize 2 scriptures. Move 3 days a week. Art journal 3 days a week. (Ignore my sentence structure. lol. I know you.) Or simply put "some" or "a few" Doing this way allows for room to say that you did in fact reach your goal. It helps. I do it when I am struggling to reach goals and feeling like a failure. Back to watching :)
