The DOT set on the DPS to take advantage of the DOTS that trotters leave is INSANELY big brain!! the fact that you're now applying action value computation on enemy speed stats is just so beyond meta to me that this tops everything I've seen thus far. This run is STILL SO impressive. I just finished my own low-cycle MOC 12 run, myself! With everything I learned from you, I was able to clear the first half with Ratio, Sparkle, Tingyun, and Welt using 2 cycles. I can push 1 cycle with 1 death replacing Welt with Pela if the stars align, so I am sure I still have some leeway to get the deathless 1 cycle. Sam is definitely really difficult. I spent a total of 4 cycles on Sam with my DOT team (Kafka, Swan, Mei, and Luocha) just because I focused too hard on optimizing my first half that I didn't get to think about a more efficient 2nd half. I found that Ruan Mei's ult doing the break delay to be so useful for Sam, specifically just to keep him in the weakened state longer.
Wow, these 0-Cycles are so amazing from someone who actually explains them instead of some other RUclipsrs who happen to have an E2 DHIL or smth.. I really wish I could replicate this, because I tend to struggle a lot with Sam, but unfortunately I only have a E2 Bronya for that team so I’ll have to figure him out with my Dr. Ratio, your tips are really useful though!

What a wild strat. Super impressive at this investment with dupes. Strong relics to draw from can enable some interesting plays that hug specific speed points like you do for sure. I was able to 0 cycle them with a triple DoT team thanks to the turbulence buff and an optimized setup for it featuring a DDD tech on Ruan Mei. I know from that experience just how tanky Sam is. A true wall of an opponent.

To be fair, I specifically mentioned that you need two S3 Dance3x LCs, not S5. It is still hard to get but not exactly impossible if you are trying to pull for it on its rate up.

This is the prime example of why i always appreciate your showcases. It's not about putting all the best supports and the one of the best damage dealers in one team, it's more about knowing *how* to use them which is more nuanced than just press skill > buff carry > skill with carry > ult with everyone. I would suggest renaming the video to "Low-cycle" though, so as to avoid ""clickbait"" accusations. When the RNG for the DOT comes along in another attempt, then simply re-post that video to show that it IS possible with the strategy.
The point of using/saving the ult before basic atk is to stack the buff before using basic atk because dhil’s basic atk deals way more dmg than the ult

Then i just realized on my blade team, my pela dont even have the planar set on. And then i won after giving my pela the set. Wasted almost 1 hours of my life because i forgot to give pela a planar set. Nice

Definitely possible. Just that DDD helps reach certain speed breakpoints while still using ATK boots. If you want a slow team, try that 113 SPD Sparkle tech I recently introduced.
I have seen some people did use the DoT set to get the free def ignore from the trotter. I really didn't knew that could work. It made me think if Acheron could do that in a 0 Cycle situation with BS Pela Guinaifen, or this is too big of a cope?
I mean the technicism is nice for the clear(and congratulations) but it's easier even for a F2P have a E2 DHiL than two S3 DDD LC (I have like 10 months playing and only have a S2 DDD).
you need no speed on DHIL, you usually run him with bronya/sparkle that will push him to their own spd. just use your best crit relics, any mix of 2p atk 2p imaginary will work, 4p only if your pieces are not great.
In most cases, I just have him on whatever 2:2 with good substats. I do try to never go below 90% critical chance then the critical damage is whatever.

Best team is probably IL. Qingque team is good, Kafka is also good. You need to give me more info about your available characters so I can craft a suitable team for you tho.

Getting to 0-cycle Sam with has always been easier with Ratio. I didn't watch Yellovv's video but I did check the team and gears he used just now. It is the same classic Tingyun Pela for Ratio but now with added Sparkle. I already made a showcase with the same team before on Sam from the previous MOC and it was really close. What holds me back is my trace levels and my gears are not as good as people would think. For example, Yellovv's Ratio has almost 4k attack, 65% crit and 200% cdmg. My Ratio? 3.6k attack, 85% crit and 145% cdmg. I hope you see that its not just skill that is required in HSR, there is also a luck factor. But props to Yellovv if he indeed just farm his Ratio's gear with a lot of dedication and investment. I typically stop farming a character's gears and move on to the next when I consider it "good enough".

I do refill fuels. My Eagle set parts were from my early days of farming the Hunter set for my Herta. I refarmed it a bit for Jingliu as well so I have a lot of Eagle parts lying around. Don't listen to that other comment, you can clearly see my UID on the video.

S5 Dance3x = 24% adv forward. Combine it with an S1 Dance3x (16%) = 40% adv forward.
