OM is the mantra, or vibrations that is chanted in the beginning and end of any Meditation or Yoga Practice.
OM - The most well known and universal of the bija mantras it is the sound of creation and causes energy to gather and flow upward and outward. Everything in the universe is pulsating and vibrating - nothing is really standing still!

My father passed Sept 25, 2020. Was cremated on the 26th and his ashes consigned to the blessed river 28th. Given that the last sense you loose before you pass on is that of hearing, this is what I chose to be played on a loop for him his last few living days. It also comforts me while I am following Vipassana & sitting Shiva for him for 7 days. Thank you is an insipid word, but I do thank you. Its one of the best things I have ever subscribed to in my life. In addition, I have sent to to everyone that has sent condolences to our family with the hope that it may increase your subscription.

When you chant Om, the vibration from that sound correlates to the original vibrations that were sounded in the universe when the world was created. The sound of Om is often called Pranava, or that which runs through breath (Prana) and sustains life. Om is also a representation of the four states of the Supreme Being.

I use weed as a medical intervention. I was stopped by a cop the other day. I knew him from high school. I told him I use for Glaucoma. He said...Shit...you don't have glaucoma. I responded......See it's working. I wonder if the judge will buy it???

when i'm listening to spotify and you i have you playing , spotify soon is but on hold , the sound of your voice kicks in and all other s stop , om i would like to have you do OM NAMA SHIVA as i do have a lung disease and cannot breath as i was could did 40 years ago. i do realy like the bass that your have in your sound . i had to take a step back and listen to what i have to say because OM is so powerful, i once told someone when they picked on me that not only was i taken up the martial atrs but spiritiazaling and word have a Very profound effect the higher you get up the spirit ladder. fight me and not much was acompliched but he did diea 2 weeks laler in a freak accicident that my friend say that i was reposibal for? i need to take a breake again.chinese medinice say that emotinos have a place in the body, liver for anger heart for love , etc., i have COPD and i find OM NAMA SHIVA a gretat way to breath and for thouth that dont know , COPD is a breathing disorder that usualy ends up in death.
