Whaaaaaaatt?! Nah ALL!!! Those small crinoids go in the bucket! Indiana has so freaking many! There’s tons in Missouri too but they’re absolutely everywhere in Indiana apparently

Ugh yeah leaves. We need that spring rain! I’m planning on a trip to Indiana in the spring. You gotta come west of the Mississippi sometime. There’s COOL stuff here!

I’m planning a trip to haunted ridge when they open. We’ll have to try and meet up and do some filming!

It must have taken hours to bury all those geodes before filming 🤣🤪 JK I can’t believe some people think this is fake rofl. Great stuff man!

Fake like that one dude who finds huge candy bar sized gold nuggets and they are just on the top and accessible. I can't remember what his channel is but it is absolutely ridiculous and gives people a lot of false hope and the wrong idea. I suppose it could be real if he were the world's most lucky individual on the planet, the guy even walks on water in one of his troll videos. Check it out

@@volunteernwowoodchipperope6588 I happen to know these geodes aren’t fake and I was making a joke I definitely know those gold bar videos are fake but this here is my friend and I know he’s not faking finding these go yourself to the river beds and they are full of them and this is totally natural, go there yourself and you’ll see firsthand in this location it is not false hope as there is more than you could ever want to take home.

I loathe the videos of the metal detectors finding the sparkling clean costume jewelry… 😡 so annoying! I can say with 100% certainty that the closest my channel or videos come to fabricated content is the occasional clickbaity title to draw in some non rock loving folks, and that’s it!

Where was this!? I live in Indiana and I’ve gone hunting so many times in creeks and stuff and I can NEVER find them.

I went four or five years ago and there was tons of big ones. Easy Pickens. Now I hear that it is hard to find good ones this place has been picked dry. Too much interest in collecting and people taking more than they really should has left it sparse and less amazing fot the next interested person. Also they may stop allowing collecting if people don't stop digging dangerous holes (which disturbs the landscape which is illegal, digging is illegal, disturbing wildlife and plant life is illegal, leaving trash strewn about is illegal and its just rude and selfish to leave holes in the ground for people to injure themselves possibly break or sprain a bone is socially irresponsible and illegal). I have rockhounded for 30 or so years and I have seen many amazing places go to hell or just get entirely imploded or blocked off and made impenetrable because someone always has to take it to that next level and ruin it for people who simply want to enjoy some specimens and have a nice day. So if you are watching this video trying to decide if this is what you want to do- don't go and be an industrial level collector with no consideration for others and those who may enjoy doing this in the distant future.

I’ve had hundreds of folks ask where this creek is, best I’ll do is share the county I’m in and if folks know how to do the research they’ll find it! I’ve had only 2 folks track it down from the clues I gave and they were very excited!

This particular creek runs for about 2 miles, I’ve only ever filmed in the first 200-300 yards. Some creeks have been run down unfortunately, but this one’s still got a lot to give. Also been a relatively dry (according to the locals 🤷🏼‍♂️) past couple years. As they say they need a good gully washer to refresh the terrain!
