B6 STALOGY DIY HACK How To Cut and Open the Spine or Binding
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 7 фев 2025
- I am hacking my B6 Stalogy by cutting out the spine or opening the spine to allow more space to work and allow the notebook to lay flat. Removing the spine also allows the notebook to open flat without the bulky area pushing over on the blank Stalogy pages. This DIY hack opens the binding and will ensure that I have room to create weekly layouts and daily pages as well as add tip-ins and journal through the end of the year.
Before you attempt to open the spine on your Stalogy, check out these videos:
Thank you to BEVERLY CAPERS for recommending the Cutting out the spine in my Stalogy video by @quasithoughts1040 • Cutting out the spine ...

I am too chicken to do something like this but I have seen you do some amazing things so I can’t wait to see how it turns out.
I'm chicken to, but knowing I could fix anything that went wrong really helped. Thank you for watching! 💕😊
I can see you are like me. I like to keep everything perfect. Thank you for being so courageous. I can live vicariously though you, 😁
Thank you for watching!
Woo hoo!! It lets the notebook breathe a little, and totally makes space for tipins and bulk. You did great!
Thank you! Your video gave me the courage! 🤗
How do you like it now that it’s been a few days?
@@quasithoughts1040 It's GREAT! So much easier to work with.
Yay!! So glad to hear that. It really upped my use case on notebooks. Let’s me Washi, sticker, tip in to my hearts content. So glad it worked for you too.
Great video! Thanks for sharing 🤗🌟💛
Thanks for watching! 🤗
You are so welcome. You did a great job. I’m glad the video helped you.😀
😊❤❤❤
Girl you were so brave doing this on camera......I was shaking bad enough when I was doing mine off camera.....As you know....we evidently are both perfectionist....LOL!! You did an awesome job but girl the struggle is real....I am just using my B6 Stalogy for minimal stickers and washi tape now....mostly pent to paper so I don't have to attempt doing the spine again...I never thought of just trying to use the clear cover to keep it all together until end of book.....LOL....xo
It was nerve wrecking but I did it! I think it may be about time to do it again for the Stalogy I'm using this year. 💕
You shoulda seen me fly over here to watch you do this after I saw your clip on IG! I literally flung myself over here! Such a cool technique! Congrats!!!!! Your book is just gorgeous!
🤗 Thank you!
This came out good. And yes, some PVA glue or some book binding tape should do the job when you are ready to repair it. Thank you for taking us along on this adventure!
😊❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for this video! I will be doing all my stalogy this way🙂😍
You're welcome. 😊 Thank you for watching!
I am not sure I could do that. I would struggle to act on the thought of doing it too much.
I had to keep in mind "it's only paper" 😊
Kinda like unbuttoning your jeans after a thanksgiving dinner! 🤣
Excellent analogy! ❤️
Didn't get it
What didn't you get?
