    Is the structure the same for “I must go”?

      Yes. It would be, "Aš privalau", but you use it the same way. The meaning is also very close as is in English language between "I have to" and " I must". The only difference is that " I must not" and "I don't have to" don't mean the same thing. The first one means "you cant" and the second one means "there is no need". In Lithuanian language both "Aš neturiu..." and "Aš neprivalau" would mean "There is no need". :)
