That was an...interesting glitch. Why Ryu got confused about that first coin I have no idea. Kinda obvious what you need to do in that room is toggle the ON/OFF blocks so the shells goes all the way right then back to the left. Oh, he forgot that shells connect coins when kicked. 2:35 I got that level in a super expert run. Since I couldn't see the description, I didn't really get what to do, since the signs in the levels aren't that precise.
