Great job on your weight loss and for being so consistent! I’ve been struggling with consistency and am trying to be better with it. Thank you for your meal ideas. I just made Emily’s low fat cheese sauce and it’s so good! I will have to try the sweet and sour one. What is your ratio of oats to cauliflower?

Why only one Japanese sweet potato most of the time? Does it always fill you up, or are you loading with more veggies for the calorie deficit?
It's just the right amount for me. I would eat more, but sometimes can'r even finish the one, depending on how large it is. I am also filling up on veggies too!

This video definitely came to me at the right time! I have been following a plant based diet for almost 3 years. I lost 25 lbs on the starch solution, but fell off and gained it all back. Hi Liz, you are RIGHT about consistency! I am following your journey and you are reminding me to be CONSISTENT! Thank you for the encouragement. I am down 1.6 pounds from last week. I feel the bloat and puff leaving my body. Even though I was still eating WFPB vegan, too many little things like, "bread", too many healthy fats like avocado and nuts (for me). Just removing those things for these last few pounds of weight is making a HUGE difference. I also have been reminded to drink plenty of water, MOVE more, and stop eating by 6 or 7 pm. All these little things have added up to make the scale move again. Thank you for the clear reminders and motivation!!!! Keep it up. I am with you on this journey!

Thank you for sharing. I have been on a plateau for a while now. I'm looking at your meals to get some ideas to help me stay focused and try to break my plateau. I do exercise regularly so I'm thinking it's the food.

Great videos!! Do you eat nuts
No, I do not eat nuts, I do incorporate them into sauces, but really would not make a sauce that has over 1/2 of nuts. When I do have the sauce I only use 2 tablespoons so it lasts a LONG time!
On your website there are bowls with two different prices, what is the difference between the two? Thanks!
Each collection has different pricing based on the artist and the materials they use. Some are lighter than others..lots of factors go into this!

@@pammiller4582 Morning I usually use the SE Artwork Bowl.... for dinner, I usually do the SE Artwork Plate! THat is the collection I'm currently using a lot!
