I like that both here and in Young Justice both universes Zatanna is A LOT more than just your average sorceress she's literally like.... the catalyst for a magical goddess that has untapped magical potential
It's why Fate wanted her to be the host, but also knew it would be hard to work with the league with her not wanting to do it and Zatara being a league member himself he was just really playing a long game until she could take over. Yet it seems she was the one trying to play him, and I have wondered if the show kept going if she would have been able to grow strong enough to still have Fate's power but actually be in full control. Because Nobu is just to unreliable given the time they are living in. If he wanted to he could solve so many of the problems the planet and the universe faces constantly. Yet he's only acting when the entire planet is in danger. I think Zatanna could make good use of his powers. If she was smart she would have the League do something similar for the helmet what they did for Batman and his Hellbat Armor. If you infused it with the ability to tap into the speedforce, a mother and a father box and anything else the league could come up with. Fate would be on par with Doctor Manhatten. And Zatanna as that fate wouldn't even need the helmet. Just use a spell that reforge itself to merge with her skeleton structure.

It'll be several weeks from now but can't wait when you guys react to Justice League Dark: Apokolips War. My fav DC animated film along with Red Hood and Flashpoint
Liverpool accents vary so much in the space of a few miles and a strong one often seems overly comical and hard to understand for americans. So Matt when he was first cast as Constantine was probably told to do a more generalised English accent since he's from Wales originally and knows liverpool accents, there was however definitely a slight scouse twang to the odd word here and there.

Constantine's accent is from liverpool which is in the north west england and the fact Coy said he sounds northernish like london couldnt be more American. London is in the south of england, about 5-6 hour drive away😂
Yay more Coy and John reaction!! Always more enjoyable watching DC animation content with you guys!! It be so amazing if they could do this in live action. Cautiously hopeful it can be done

I really loved my first trip through this shared universe, and I'm enjoying your reactions to these animated movies. Next up is Teen Titans The Judas Contract (or the Constantine stand alone movie if you're doing that one)- this continuity is rolling hard and fast now, and I'm glad you're enjoying the ride.
Love these reactions. JL dark really is one of the best Dcamu movies, Matt Ryan is the goat Constantine actor and that says a whole lot as Keanus movie was great. Would love if they somehow get Ryan into the 2nd movie
Personally while I like Keanu's movie it is just not the same Constantine from the comics, however I think his character and the world building are solid enough to be considered their own independent character/series. All it would need is for Keanu's character to have an iconic name of he's own.
@@agm5424oh no, doesn’t even hold a candle to the hellblazer comics. But I gotta say I don’t think anyone could pull that off, would love to be proven wrong though

I gotta say, I love almost every animated comic book movie and show, but DC has the freedom to be more gritty and dark than Marvel animation does. Not hating on Marvel stuff, I just love it when a show or a movie aren't afraid to go down a dark place.
One of my favorite New 52 animated movie of DC. Especially, one of my favorite DC character Constantine (the british one) ✌️ Matt Ryan really portrayed John Constantine really, really good, that everytime I see Constantine I imagined he is voiced by Matt Ryan.
YO....You Skipped'' Constantine ;City of Demons, ( Which is just before this Movie) Then After Justice League dark.....Is Justice League Dark Apokolips War....( All 3 Are My Favorite DC Movies...)
The live action series was fun... and it's too bad it was discontinued after only one season. Also, his appearance in the Arrowverse, though appreciated, just seemed to make him a victim too the writing.
3.7K Thumbs Up + Mine! 👍 You're welcome! Thanks! 😊 Notes: Yay, I stayed awake and viewed it in one sitting! Whew! I thought that I had seen it before but it turned out that I hadn't. Did I at least buy it? 😅
Whats nice about the animated movies is that they arent just adaptations from the comic so you can enjoy all the stories from difference sources :) Justice League Dark has the best storylines since Constantine's thing is people constantly die around him so you always feel there are stakes and consequences. I also recommend Apokalips War and City of Demons where he fucks Los Angeles 😊
Mark 11:47. Detective Chimp's initials are "DC"! Hehe! 😊😆 As an ape, he isn't a monkey. The lack of a tail indicates as much. He should quit those cigars. When did he start smoking? 🤔
Loved watching this film and reaction. Really hope this is apart of gunns plan down the line. A dark justice league film in live action would be dope. But all of these animated films in the DCAMU are great. I'm loving them all.
Constantine is supposed to be from Liverpool. As someone from Liverpool myself, I can't help but scrutinise the accent. If I look past it, Matt Ryan gives a great performance, but I can't help thinking that the accent is a bit all over the place.
The dreamstone is referenced in the CW Flash. Nash Wells gives a shard of it to Allegra to defend herself by blasting her power through it to give her attackers nightmares
I like this movie; but ngl the poo monster kinda brongs it’s points down a bit for me. I just can’t take the combination of words “Poo Monster” seriously.
i was waiting for this for sooo long! Love these dcau reactions! keep 'em coming coy and john and greg too (ik greg is behind the camera contributing to this video)
He hasn't seen Constantine? All those first time videos, all this time I thought they were just being ironic. So The Reel Rejects really means they ain't seen shit.
Keanu's Constantine is a lot of fun but it more of a "John Demon Slayer" than a "John Constantine" movie, too much action to smarm ratio. Matt's Constantine is a lot more comic accurate, more talk than action with still a lot of smart ass moment. Jenna's Constantine is a good in between, closer to Matt than Keanu's, not enough yet to shine but a lot of good moments.
@Ethan Tyler no he's not. He's putting on a scouse accent as that's the characters accent. It may sound similar as Liverpool and Wales are close and the fact he's Welsh himself but he's definitely doing a scouse accent.
@Ethan Tyler I'm not lol. The guy puts on an accent. I'm Irish. Britain is next door. I watch plenty of British TV shows and I know what Welsh and scouse sound like. He's putting on a scouse accent that may have a bit of his Welsh in it.
This movie was amazing. Better than it needed to be. I've been fascinated by etrigan since I saw him in the BTAS. So to see him in this was the cherry for me. Plus, I'm less familiar with swamp thing but I know of him, saw the show, so to see him in this was also fun. The action was great, the plot was good. I think one of the best installations in this series.
This also isn't part of the DCAU, but you guys should check out Superman/Batman: Apocalypse with Supergirl in it! It's a great stand-alone animated movie! ☺️

still loving these reaction videos... Justice League Dark is such a good comic.
Something that's been bugging me...
Why does the head rest on your spiderman chair look like it's upside down? Is that just a design flaw?
YO....You Skipped'' Constantine ;City of Demons, ( Which is just before this Movie) Then After Justice League dark.....Is Justice League Dark Apokolips War....( All 3 Are My Favorite DC Movies...)
Oh u guys hold on a beer for what's coming in justice league dark apokalyps
Judas Contract is probably my fav but this one is a pretty close #2 love these reactions ya'll keep em coming!!
Batman needs to grunt more in James gunns dc lol
The live action series was fun... and it's too bad it was discontinued after only one season.
Also, his appearance in the Arrowverse, though appreciated, just seemed to make him a victim too the writing.
3.7K Thumbs Up + Mine! 👍 You're welcome! Thanks! 😊
Notes: Yay, I stayed awake and viewed it in one sitting!
Constantine doesn't have a London accent. It's a poor Liverpudlian accent. 200 miles from London
Please don’t watch the next JLD movie 😭 Especially if you’re enjoying these movies, it renders them pointless
They're so many great DCAU movie you guys haven't gotten to yet that aren't even part of this continuity, like Arkham Asylum and TMNT movie!
The dreamstone is referenced in the CW Flash. Nash Wells gives a shard of it to Allegra to defend herself by blasting her power through it to give her attackers nightmares
You guys have to watch Justice League Doom and Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths!
Constantine accent is Liverpool accent - scouser....just like me
Constantine is from Liverpool. Its not a cockney accent with some Irish, it's a scouse accent from Liverpool.
That is not a scouse accent. The actor is using his normal Welsh accent.
@Ethan Tyler no he's not. He's putting on a scouse accent as that's the characters accent. It may sound similar as Liverpool and Wales are close and the fact he's Welsh himself but he's definitely doing a scouse accent.
@@APieceOfLiquid wrong
@Ethan Tyler I'm not lol. The guy puts on an accent. I'm Irish. Britain is next door. I watch plenty of British TV shows and I know what Welsh and scouse sound like. He's putting on a scouse accent that may have a bit of his Welsh in it.
@APieceOfLiquid sure.. wrong but sure.
Teen Titans judas contract next please! Love the DCAU
"he's got like a northern accent"
- "yeah it's definitely london-ish"
I’m excited for the Dark movies, so good!
Batmanś Robinś is getting younger and younger...03:58
How many movies left chronologically before JL Dark: Apocalypse? Anyone?
I feel like they skipped one or two. Am I wrong?
Fun times are coming ahead the apokolypsis war
It's not marvel of course it's dark 😂😂😂
Just to let you know there is a Constantine animated movie in this universe. Constantine city of demons.
(At 26:10) yep, it is! Alfred Molina!
Oh Yea Matt Ryan Is the Best Constantine Period ....
The halfway point of the DCAU and one of my favourites
This also isn't part of the DCAU, but you guys should check out Superman/Batman: Apocalypse with Supergirl in it! It's a great stand-alone animated movie! ☺️
Just wait till you see justice league dark apokalips war.
You guys are gonna flip when yall see apokolips war 👍🏾
I hope you guys react to Batman Gotham by Gaslight too.
