3 Cars Found in Tennessee River Near Deputy’s Tragic Accident Location!

- We traveled to Cleveland Tennessee to search for missing person John Risati Boyd last seen 1/17/23 driving a silver Nissan rogue. We began our search at Blythe Ferry boat ramp, a notoriously deadly location many cars have crashed into the water including a deputy and handcuffed mom that tragically drowned 1 month ago. We searched the surrounding water around John's last known location and discovered 3 vehicles submerged underwater and scuba dived to investigate further.

Police don't have the money to look for the missing in rivers and ponds.these guys have a remote control little boat that does the work for them while on shore police could put a desk on the shore and search these waterways.but don't have time lmfao😂. But I am sorry for your loss wishing your family the strength to get through.police could do more they don't want to change their ways,donuts are good
They really do need to do something about that road where the deputy went in. That's really sad that a road is like that. People shouldn't lose their life because a road leads you right into the water.
That’s the old road that we had to use before they built the bridge. We had a ferry there and they just left the ramps open for boats but I do agree they need to fix it with some lights and flashing stop signs.
I was wondering what do you do with the Other Boat? You have two different boats and you used one on the First Day and the other boat on the Second Day. What did you do with the other boat? Wouldn’t think you would leave it at the place where you put in at? Not with the way people are these days!
Be safe while on the water, wear your Life Jacket and keep an eye out for the other people around you, you never know what they might be doing!

@@whispersoftheafterlife1017 The road connected to a small town across the river (Dayton, TN). The state built a bridge across the water nearby, but there are homes along that old route.

Yes, Dodge made a van. My sister had one for her family. It was a big conversion van, yes, late 80s and 90s.

I emailed AWP about a case here in MT & they blatantly said NO! he's not under water. They didn't even research the case, and guess where him and his car was found? UNDER WATER! They say " oh let us know if u need help, but say no when you do
Yeah, I'd stay far far away from them. Jared was arrested last year for assaulting his 10 yr old cousin back in the 90s when he was a teen. Doug has left the bizz (presumably due to this).

I live here. Used to go there every day to watch the sunrise and sunset. It never has sit right with me that cars go off here all the time. This hasn’t been the first time. You can obviously know not to keep going….. IT DOESNT sit right . SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE DROVE OFF THIS . I put my e brake on every time I go.

They are called conversion vans, Nug you are old enough to remember these. Back in the days b4 van life this is what a lot of people did. The extra topper on the roof is for those vertically challenged who need the extra standing head room.

I lived in Cleveland, Tennessee, 3:39 for my college and masters degrees. I still visit. Love to fish there. 🐟 If you don't know where the boat ramps are, I advise you not to drive in the dark.
Remember that sad case with the poor deputy and the woman in the back.
Far too many boat ramps that one can drive straight into by mistake and something needs to be done. Signs flashing warning lights.

Must be hard to have fun when frozen and dont blame you for not diving. Go pro on an extendable reach rod to put into the water for more close ups? Using your brain and not taking chances was a good choice.

There should be a red jeep in there that went in off that ramp.
That road would have warning lights.
That jeep should be red and should come back to a Cody Monroe from Athens which is just over 10 mins north of Hiwassee bridge.
Pretty sure it was an insurance fraud situation round 2004-5

I they start finding MULTIPLE cars at a location; that should be checked out for safety precautions. Perhaps a RAIL is needed.

The last car you found with the hood folded over into the windshield is a Chevy Beretta. They started making them in 1988 and stopped early 90s. I owned a few of them.

Conversion Vans, sometimes called Camping Vans were popular in the 1970's - 1990's. Basically micro motorhomes.
I'm from the 60s I know those van conversions very well, they were very popular in the 1970/80s, at that time RAM was only model/trim not like the trucks name now.

Dodge conversion van, probably.. I had a '84 Ford conversion.. Great for camping, plush seats, the back row of seats opened up to a double bed and fancy wood grain finish for cup holders and mini TVs , etc. But you couldn't stand up in it.
The Dodge Ram van is probably a conversion van where the seats convert to a bed and is like a camper

Profits quarry be an awesome spot just bout 10 mins south of Hiwassee river. Also known as Blue cove quarry. I know for a fact cars are in there as a couple are visible without diving. Tons of wild stories. Many yrs ago some friends and I went to swim there n found a body floating definitely spoiled our swimming plans
Oh man. Crazy. Thx for sharing. Its amazing when you are from the area and you can name five swimming holes and memories from backnin the day. My friend and her boyfriend use to climb into the water tower to mess around and it was a big round cement pool, basically. Not like the water tanks in the south. And rock quarry stories were big party spots. No deaths, though.
