I’ve been out of work for over a year and just started a new business but have never taken a mental health break since my father and brother died and my heart attack. I’ve been in survival mode. Thanks for sharing your journey Sheng. I believe everyone is undergoing this big shift. I'm also in a transitional period of my life that's why Bali is calling me and I have to go. I thought I have done Vipassana and every technique there is in the last few years -- but man I was wrong. The ego is such a fickle thing. So yeah I have learned not to suppressed my emotions anymore and letting it flow. I am actually thinking to do a big mind mapping thing during long flights, to map my own emotional territory. Cheers.
