Different doesn't mean live. Her voice was very raspy in this performance, so if the belts were live they would have sounded way more strained. She also struggled with some live notes, so there's no way she could have hit those notes with so much ease. 3:35 to 4:00 sounded totally lipped, totally vocally disconnected from the rest of the performance. She never sang that part of It's Like That live.
Those belts were pre recorded. Her voice was tired here and she was moving like crazy between 3:35 and 4:00. You can also compare the tone quality difference between the live parts and the climax.
i like it when Mariah is this carefree. Sometimes it's not about hitting the right notes all the time. Has she not proven her instrument? Its fun to watch her having fun like this. I especially love 3:31! :'-)

She probably was feeling confident in this performance but she still needed a bit of a boost so she'd lip the part prior to the big notes. You will never see another artist take a mid song break to hand out roses, get hugs and kisses then continue to slay. This is a whole nother level of diva.
Ladies and gentleman this is an incredible example of when artist and audience connect! Mariah literally coming in like the queen that she is looking beautiful dress flowing perfectly it took my breath away, no matter your opinion of her with all of her eccentricities she is truly an original and can sing her ass off like only a handful can!
