I just track my books on Goodreads because anything more is too much for me. But I love your spreads and like thinking about what other people keep track of!
Yay! love your reading set up. I just started a reading journal back in September. I'm not going for a yearly thing, just a journal that i keep track of stuff in for however long it takes. I don't really care about yearly stats and whatnot. I keep track of what i read monthly and I also do enjoy making spreads for the books I read. If I don't like the book very much, I don't bother making any spread just note that I read it, the start rating and that's it. But I'm having a lot of fun with the books I really enjoyed and making creative and fun spreads. I'm excited this year for the release of JK Rowling aka Robert Galbraith's new detective series book coming in the fall. She is such a good writer, her characters all feel so real and interesting and I'm so invested in that series. Love Harry Potter too of course, that's how I got into this series. Also excited for the new Hunger Games prequel coming in March!!! And trying to read some of the many books on my shelves already. I'm trying to get my husband on board with making me a mini library in our media room with some nice book shelves bc I have one shelf and the books are overflowing and I want something nice.
