Hello sir Canada immigration send me back to india.I goes their as a tourist.they said me that your attention is not clear you will overstay.I have return ticket and hotel booking with 2000 dollar.I have to stay their from 12.04.2024 to 18.04.2024.They give me an exclusion order for one year. But my consultant call me that Canada visa officer reopen your file and refused. But I do next.
He can’t satisfy on Sydney entry and the officer cancelled his visa ! So now he is applying Us visa so he will give his detail of 2011 deportation? Now 2024 ! Pls guide
got my f1 visa for Jan 2023 intake, my visa issued in 26 september 2022. My class was suppose to start from Jan 3rd 2023 thats why i booked my ticket at 24th December but unfortunatly i got sicked in that night before my flight date and immidietly i got admitted in hospital. I had to cancel my flight because of my sickness then i bought ticket again for 26 december and flew to LA but when i reched to LA airport i got to know that my semister has deffered to May 1st and i really dont have any idea on that otherwise i wouldn't travel that time. Because of that airport immigration revoked my visa and told me to contact my home country consuler of US and they told me to come in for May 2023 intake. Now my question is will i get the f1 visa again??
