    Ingredients
    250 ml. warm milk
    100 gr. sugar
    7 gr. instant dry yeast
    2 eggs
    500 gr. bread flour
    Pinch of salt
    50 gr. soft butter
    Instructions
    -Combine the warm milk, sugar, yeast, and eggs in a bowl.
    -Add the flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
    -Knead in the soft butter and continue kneading for 10-15 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour.
    -Let the dough rest for about an hour until it doubles in size.
    -Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut into triangular shapes (approximately 8 cm base and 20 cm height).
    -Roll each triangle from the base to the tip to form a croissant shape.
    -Allow the rolled dough to rest for another 30 minutes.
    -Deep fry the dough in hot oil until golden brown.
    -Once cooled, fill the pastries with your preferred chocolate or cream filling.
