Customer service one of best . One satisfied customer at a time.
Gavin to the rescue again. "Have no fear Gavin is here" 😄
A very good firday evening to you all
Love when your videos pop up!
Not sure if it was intentional, but I like how you flipped your valve lever around so the next time it goes loose, it won't accidentally open up on you again👍
That is exactly why I did it :)
Nice pick up 👍
I love when I have been gone all day and come back to a video by Gavin! Awesome job..well done Gavin! Tell the ladies I said "hi"
That was nice from the other plumber for you to do your favorite roots as looks like he is not a root specialist like you Gavin
You have a vast knowledge of how to correct a variety of pipe issues. Once again, quality work and a great video.
Thank you very much!

Excellent editing. Absolutely loved the picture in picture root cutting
When the ghosts start to sing, then the drain is open. Muwhahahaha 👻
When in trouble call in Gavin, the pro's pro! Always fascinating to see the master at work. Tough job when you can't get in to the neighbor's yard on a common drainage. On more than 1 occasion, I had to call in the city to clear the main city lines beneath the old alley between homes. Too much neighborhood grease since the 40s and 50s and local restaurant grease pits.
I have to remind my brain at the beginning of your videos when your driving that you guys drive on the wrong side of the street🤣 my instincts are screaming 😱 OMG what are you doing your going the wrong way🤣🤣🤣 ... 🤔 Maybe we are driving on the wrong side🤷
It would be hard to get use to for me..
Gavin, you are a "Master" of your trade. Excellent. 😊
Thanks! 😃
Nice haircut Gavin 😊
ROOOOTS ,It's Gavin in the morning ,What a great sound the root cutter the old single barrel doing its job cutting out the roots ,I noticed the water pressure was lower using the single barrel was there anything wrong ,were you running out of water ?
Unloaded valve was nearly dead. Been replaced now
Hi Gavin 👋 😂another great job nice and easy 👍 keep up the good work 🙏 👏 🙌
Thanks 👍
Great job, more finesse than brute force 👏 💪.
Thanks for sharing
No problem 👍
I wonder how many times Gavin has been staring down a pipe to check on a clog just for a geyser of goo to suddenly shoot up onto his face.
Good job Gav. And I like what you've done to improve the audio quality whilst you're using the pipe camera
Gavin, Do you have any merchandise items that include or feature your now-famous term describing " safety boots"? My wife and her friends are wearers of your "safety boots " practically twenty-four-seven. Thanks, John Nelson, Pasadena, TX.
G'day Gavin. Cool of other plumber to call you. 👍
A great job once again Penetrator you never seem to fail well done mate.
Most excellent!
Front row seating, so to speak, on this root removal!
Great video, I am new to jetting so trying to learn as much as I can. I look forward to watching more of your videos. TY
Never say Never !!
A beautiful derooting today. And the main is damaged. Your the best, Gavin. Enjoy your weekend. Cheers mate! 🇦🇺🙂👍🇺🇸
Thanks 👍
Nothing wrong with a little promotion as long as you are good at the job like you do Gavin. Eels belong in streams,
rivers and reserviors , not so good in a main drain. Mighty fine clean out of those roots man.
It seemed like something was wrong when the roots weren’t being cut properly. The sound, the feel, and finally a glance at the pressure gauge proved there was a decrease in pressure that you located at the source (out of camera) and corrected. Amazing what a difference that made. I never knew that pressurized water focused through a narrow orifice could produce that kind of cutting power. I really enjoy these videos.
By the way, what’s the name of the jingle you play when driving the Penetrator truck? My grandkids like dancing to it!
The song is called Trip to Roma.
@@janeway59 Thanks, Penny!
It was the unloaded valve that has been playing up. It’s been fixed now but given the Xmas period I couldn’t get in any sooner to have it replaced.
Great pick up thou
@@janeway59 I live in a country town called Roma.......😮 never thought such a happy jingle was so fitting
That line must have been packed with roots
Gavin great job of clearing the roots from the sewer drain I hope the Interstructure was not the customer problem right o mate si u on the next one
Infrastructure came back and said their problem
@@penetratorblockeddrains that's good all the customer had was roots in the drain
Hi Gavin, great vid I have learn one thing since watching your vids - I thought that roots could not penetrate plastic pipes how wrong that is, I am building a house with a septic tank I will not be planting anything except grass over the pipe work.
Great video Gavin, you give that drain a thorough cleaning of them roots well done, do feel sorry for people just buying a property and having problem with the drains just after moving in, i think people selling there homes should have to do a survey on there drains before selling.
I believe people should check plumbing pipes.
Agree. It’s unfortunate. Happens all the time (stormwater and sewerage). The cost to check every single home prior to an auction is a deterrent. I’m surprised authorities don’t make it law that sellers do the inspections and prove pipes are good prior to a sale.
@@josephj6521 I can't speak for the rest of my state (New Jersey, USA) but my town has an ordnance that requires sellers to inspect their pipes, and make corrections, before selling their homes. You can bypass that ordnance though if the buyer is made aware of any problems pre sale.
@@DominicNJ73 Gavin is in Australia. The U.S. does have realty inspection requirements before sales but Australia isn't subject to the same regulations.
Right on ! Nice job and video as always 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you Mr. P. Love your vids..
Glad you like them!
Thanks for sharing 🇨🇦
You do a good job 🌹 👏 👍 🐸
Thank you! Cheers!
🐸 Great job!
I did like the 'neat' way that 'horizontal' copper pipe had been installed (at an angle) on the wall and how securely it had been fixed - NOT ! Anyone got a level? 😬
Haha no level just a wonky eye
All Good Gavin 👍🍺
👍
Penetrator to the rescue once again 🎉
Need a new lucky hat, Gavin! Tidied that sewer drain up nicely!
Hey Gavin. I’ve noticed on the last couple videos your Jetter engine turned over hard at first. This could be due to various things but usually it’s a weak battery/bad connections or the automatic decompression system inside the engine may not be working properly. Just wanted to let you know mate before it possibly causes a problem.
I swear that my hair actually gets blown back listening to the intro.....lol
Haha I get excited some days
@@penetratorblockeddrains We love it!! Canadian here, can I ask if you are saying 'Right-o!'? To my ears, it sounds like 'Right-up!" Thanks...and never stop being excited 🙂
roots in infrastructure is issue we have. About every 18 months it gets clogged. old iron infra pipe, rusted. Seems they refuse to replace it because of cost - 3 pipes to a shared pit on a neighbours property, 50k fix, trees, garage, concrete, big mess. we get about 6 clear months after they cut it, then issues start on and off until a full clog.I pop it at the bottom io with a plunger until I can not. Its annoying, been told just to call infra supplier first now if I can see a clog at the bottom io, not the usual process of calling a plumber and charging plumber back to infra.
Wouldn't this job be perfect for the DC. Is there a reason you don't use it that often. 👍🏻
gavin did you say infastructure whats this ??? its weird it looks like the water was straight up instead of horizontal if you get me ?????? cheers mate

Question from the US. Who/what is the "infrastructure" you say is responsible?
Council main
You now use rigid drain camera and locator
Out of interest... is there a way of detecting above ground where the nozzle head is? e.g. to mark it for someone to follow up? You can't just pace it out because of the bends?
Gavin uses his Ridgid sonde above ground locator on many occasions and marks the location with pink paint.
First & 10th like
Gav, you are squinting, where some shades mate lol
Have you ever gotten stuck in a pipe that you couldn't get out of?
Don't those gullies stink to high heaven?
