American nuts icecream recipe | How to make American nuts icecream | अमेरिकन नट्स आइसक्रीम रेसिपी |

Today i will make American nuts icecream
Ingredients-
American nuts ice cream
1/2 cup colourful jellies
2 tsp cashew nuts(chopped)
2 tsp almonds(chopped)
2 tsp pistachios(chopped)
1/4 cup choco chips
cut the jellies in small pieces, keep aside
add all dry fruits in a pan and used on low flame for a minute and keep aside
MAKING OF ICECREAM BATTER:
2 cups full fat milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk powder
2 tsp cornstarch powder
take these all ingredients in pan and mix them well to make smooth lamp free mixture now put this pan on flame. now cook this mixture on low flame until it turn creamy and thick batter .continuous stiring this batter otherwise it will stick to the bottom. it will take only 5 minute remove the pan from the flame and let it cool completely. when it cool ,place in refrigerator and make it chill.
MAKING OF WHIPPED CREAM:
1 cup heavy whipping cream nondairy(chilled)
1/4 tsp pineapple essence
take chilled whipped cream in a mixing bowl then start beating it, it will take 5 to 6 minutes. after 2 minute it looks double in volume and thick. now add pineapple essence and beat for a minute. do not over beat otherwise it will curdle.
Takeout chilled milk batter which we have prepared ,then add 2 cups of whipped cream and combine both of them ,then add chocochips, chopped jellies roasted nuts and combine all together ,you can mix with the help of electric beater for a minute, then it will look fluffy and creamy icecream batter. now transfer this batter into the air tight container. cover the lid and place in freezer for 8-10 hours or until it freeze. you can place for overnight. when it will freeze take out its scoop. you can garnish with colourful chopped jellies and serve beautiful American nuts ice cream.
