  • Today I'm going to take you on a different type of adventure. Come along with me as I tour The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art. If you like Tiffany Glass you will love this video. It was shot, processed and posted in 4K. Watch it on a big screen if you can. Louis Comfort Tiffany was a master at working with glass and made some fantastic works of art. The Tiffany Chapel is something you need to see.

Don't do that, you might hurt yourself. If you're going to, sit down first. It's an amazing collection and the Chapel is unbelievable. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.

This was so beautiful I had to rewatch it immediately. When light is able to physically shine through amazing art like this, it really opens a door to the heart I find.

You're welcome. Have you seen the Tiffany glass collection at the Winchester House? After learning just how long it took to remove so, so much of the furnishings (without any record keeping) I couldn't get the curiosity out of my ad about just how much glass was lost to parts unknown.

@@e.l.france5136 Yes indeed, there was sadly a tremendous loss of Tiffany's art over the years after his death. His home was left to rot away and in the end somebody broke in and was staying in the house and burned it to the ground including the altar. Thank God Mr. & Mrs. Morris had lots of money and took the time to rescue it all and put it back together. They did a spectacular job and the museum is gorgeous and a site to see if you like Tiffany art. I have not seen the Winchester House but I would love to if we can ever travel safely again. Thanks again for watching.

Fabulous video! I visited the museum 4 years ago and was awestruck by the collection especially the reconstructed altar. A must see if you are in the area.
